Executive Summary

Humanity stands before the greatest reallocation of wealth, intelligence, technology, and human capacity in history. The world now spends more than US$2.7 trillion every year preparing for war—placing us on course to consume US$60 trillion to US$80 trillion or more by 2050. When the Resources of War Are Returned to Life presents a clear alternative: redirect the machinery of destruction toward the healing of humanity and the restoration of Mother Earth.

The Binding Planetary Peace Treaty to End War, signed by Indigenous leaders and peacebuilders at Dripsey Castle in Ireland on July 20, 2025, is more than a promise to stop killing. It is a doorway into the civilization that comes after war. It calls upon the Human Family to transform weapons factories into centers of life, military laboratories into engines of medical and ecological discovery, military logistics into systems of relief and renewal, and military personnel into builders, rescuers, healers, peacekeepers, and protectors of Mother Earth.

The resources released from war can provide universal health care, clean water, nourishing food, safe housing, excellent education, regenerative medicine, trauma healing, and ecological restoration. They can accelerate breakthroughs in cancer, dementia, paralysis, blindness, chronic disease, and healthy longevity. They can establish a Global AI Commons that places humanity’s shared knowledge in service to every community while protecting human dignity, cultural sovereignty, privacy, and sacred knowledge.

This transformation must be guided by Indigenous wisdom, the equal leadership of women and men, the rising Seventh Generation, and the moral and spiritual truth that all life is related. It must restore Sacred Homelands, revitalize languages and cultures, reconcile the spiritual traditions of Mother Earth in their common foundation, protect our animal relatives, and ensure that every major decision safeguards the generations yet unborn.

The transition can begin now. Nations can publish what each military budget could provide in health, housing, education, clean water, and restoration; redirect a growing share of military spending into transparent peace-and-life funds; and require every military-dependent institution and community to develop a just conversion plan that protects workers, families, and local economies.

This is the defining choice before the Human Family: whether to continue organizing our greatest powers around fear, rivalry, and destruction—or organize them around healing, cooperation, and life. The resources exist. The intelligence exists. The technology exists. The pathway has been opened.

The old world organizes intelligence to dominate. The new world organizes intelligence to heal. Peace is not merely the absence of war; it is the presence of everything that allows life to flourish.

From the End of War to the Manifestation of a New Civilization

For generations beyond memory, Indigenous prophecies and Faith traditions around our Mother Earth have told us this time will come. They have foretold a great purification, a great reunion, and a great transformation. They have told us that the peoples will come together after long separation; that ancient wisdom and new knowledge will walk together. They have promised that humanity will remember its sacred relationship with Mother Earth; and that the Human Family will awaken to the unity that has always existed beneath every division.

That time is here. The transformation is underway.

The Reunion of the Condor, Quetzal, Hummingbird, and Eagle; the lighting of the Eighth Fire; the teachings of the Sacred Hoop; and the prophecies carried by Elders, Spiritual Teachers, and Wisdom Keepers across Mother Earth all speak with one voice. The age of separation, domination, extraction, and war is ending. The age of reunion, healing, cooperation, spiritual maturity, and reverence for all life is rising.

This change does not begin with institutions. It begins with consciousness. When consciousness changes, what once appeared impossible becomes natural. We will remember and understand the prior oneness and unity of our Human Family.

We will understand that the hurt of one is the hurt of all, that the healing of one is the healing of all, and that no people can rise through another’s suffering. We will stop asking how to protect only ourselves and begin asking how to protect the whole Sacred Hoop of Life.

The Binding Planetary Peace Treaty to End War, signed at Dripsey Castle in County Cork, Ireland, on July 20, 2025, is part of this prophetic unfolding. It is far more than a declaration against war. It opens the door to the civilization that comes after war.

As the resources now consumed by weapons, military expansion, destruction, and reconstruction return to life, humanity will receive back its intelligence, creativity, energy, and future.

The minds now employed to make weapons faster and more destructive will heal the human brain, prevent disease, restore damaged bodies, purify water, regenerate the soil, and extend healthy human life. Factories that manufacture missiles and instruments of death will produce medical technology, clean-energy systems, affordable housing, public transportation, and equipment for restoring Mother Earth. Military supply systems capable of moving thousands of people and millions of tonnes of material will deliver food, medicine, clean water, shelter, and emergency assistance wherever they are needed.

This is more than a hopeful possibility. This is where we are going. Humanity is transforming civilization from a system organized around fear and destruction into a living system organized around healing, cooperation, human development, and reverence for life.

The Greatest Release of Human Possibility in History

The Human Family now spends more than US$2.7 trillion every year on military forces and weapons. At this level of spending, humanity is on course to devote approximately US$60 trillion, rising toward US$75 to US$80 trillion or more, to preparing for, threatening, and carrying out war through 2050.

These numbers are so large that they are difficult to comprehend. Yet behind them are choices. Every dollar represents human labor, intelligence, natural resources, energy, time, and possibility. A dollar placed into a weapon cannot also become medicine. The work of an engineer directed toward a missile cannot, at that same moment, be directed toward a treatment for paralysis. Minerals extracted for weapons cannot also become clean-water systems, medical devices, or renewable-energy networks.

Money is only a fraction of the cost. War takes children from their families, turns homes into ruins, drives people from their homelands, destroys schools and hospitals, poisons land and water, interrupts education, and carries trauma into generations not yet born. It devours leaders’ attention and teaches societies to organize around enemies. It directs scientific genius toward taking life while preventable suffering continues everywhere.

When war ends, humanity receives far more than a financial peace dividend. We receive back:

Trillions of dollars for healing and human development

Millions of skilled people able to serve life in new ways

Scientific laboratories and engineering capacity

Factories, transportation systems, materials, land, and energy

The time and creativity of generations no longer consumed by conflict

Cooperation among nations on a scale never before achieved

This will be the greatest release of organized human possibility in history.

Healing Is the Foundation

The first and most natural purpose of the resources returned from war is the healing of the Human Family. Healing is the foundation of all genuine development. This is one of the central truths carried within the Four Worlds Guiding Principles for Building a Sustainable, Harmonious, Prosperous World: people, families, communities, nations, and the Human Family move forward as their wounds are recognized, their dignity is restored, and their powers of life are renewed.

We will no longer pour our greatest wealth into perfecting destruction while children suffer, elders lose their memories, families live with untreated trauma, and preventable diseases take millions of lives.

The money, knowledge, institutions, and human devotion once organized for war will become a permanent worldwide movement for health, not simply managing illness after it appears, but preventing suffering, restoring function, and enabling every person to live with dignity.

Healing means the whole human being: body, brain, mind, heart, relationships, culture, and spirit. It means excellent medicine for every person and strong families and communities in which people know they belong. It means joining the finest scientific knowledge with the wisdom of cultures that have healed through relationship, ceremony, land, story, prayer, service, and love for generations.

Every community will have access to primary care, emergency care, maternal care, mental health services, dental and vision care, rehabilitation, essential medicine, and modern diagnostic tools. Mobile clinics will reach rural and isolated communities. AI-assisted systems will help local health workers recognize danger earlier, translate medical knowledge into many languages, and connect patients with specialists without forcing families to travel great distances.

The purpose will not be to replace physicians, nurses, traditional healers, caregivers, or human judgment. It will put the best available knowledge in their hands and make excellent care available to every member of the Human Family.

We will move from health systems that wait for people to become seriously ill toward systems that recognize risk early. With strong protections for privacy, consent, and human dignity, medicine will use genetics, family history, environmental exposure, nutrition, imaging, and other information to help prevent illness before it becomes life-threatening. Treatments will become increasingly precise, designed for the individual rather than the average patient.

Diseases that now take millions of lives will receive the sustained attention currently given to military competition. Cancer research will be linked across nations rather than fragmented by secrecy and profit. Scientists will cooperate on earlier detection, safer treatment, immunotherapy, precision medicine, and preventing cancers linked to toxins, diet, working conditions, and environmental contamination.

The same concentration of purpose will be brought to heart disease, diabetes, infectious disease, autoimmune disorders, kidney and liver disease, chronic pain, and illnesses neglected because those who suffer from them possess little economic or political power.

No child will die because a vaccine, antibiotic, diagnostic test, trained health worker, or clean glass of water is unavailable. No mother will die giving life because her community lacks basic care. No family will be forced into poverty because someone becomes ill.

Understanding and Healing the Human Brain

The human brain is one of the most extraordinary realities known to us, yet we still understand only a small part of its capacities and healing pathways. A world no longer consumed by military rivalry will undertake an unprecedented cooperative effort to understand the brain and nervous system.

We will accelerate research into Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, ALS, dementia, stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and developmental and neurological conditions. Shared international research, responsibly governed data, advanced imaging, AI-supported pattern recognition, and long-term clinical studies will help scientists identify disease earlier and discover why one person recovers while another continues to decline.

Research will deepen our understanding of neuroplasticity, the brain’s remarkable ability to reorganize, form new pathways, and recover function. Rehabilitation for stroke, brain injury, and paralysis will combine skilled human care with robotics, adaptive technologies, stimulation, and personalized learning. Brain-computer interfaces and advanced prosthetics will help some people regain communication or movement. Still, they must always be guided by consent, safety, equal access, and respect for the sacredness of the person.

We will invest deeply in restoring vision and hearing, including prevention, retinal and optic-nerve research, regenerative approaches, assistive devices, and technologies that allow people to participate fully in family and community life. The novelty of an invention will not measure progress, but whether it restores dignity, independence, relationship, and hope.

The study of the brain must also include the mind, emotions, relationships, culture, and spiritual dimensions of human life. Depression, anxiety, addiction, suicide, loneliness, and despair cannot be understood only as chemical events inside an isolated person. They are also connected to trauma, poverty, violence, exclusion, loss of meaning, separation from culture, and the weakening of family and community relationships.

Resources released from war will build a worldwide network of community-based mental health and trauma-healing services. Children affected by violence will receive care early rather than carrying their wounds silently into adulthood. Veterans and survivors will receive sustained support rather than brief thanks and then be forgotten. Families facing addiction will be met with treatment, recovery communities, and compassion rather than shame and punishment alone.

Indigenous healing knowledge will make an essential contribution, always under the authority of the peoples who carry it. Ceremony, relationship, belonging, language, land, story, forgiveness, restitution, and the rebuilding of identity are not secondary to healing. For many people, they are the pathway through which life becomes whole again.

Regeneration and Healthy Longevity

When scientific research is released from the priorities of war, humanity will explore the frontiers of regenerative medicine with far greater cooperation and moral purpose.

Stem-cell research, tissue engineering, gene therapies, cellular repair, bioprinting, advanced prosthetics, and organ regeneration will help restore tissues and functions once believed permanently lost. Research will focus on repairing damaged hearts, nerves, joints, cartilage, skin, bone, and organs. Scientists will work toward reducing the need for organ transplants, ending long waiting lists, and ensuring that new treatments are not reserved only for the wealthy.

Longevity research will not pursue the endless extension of life for a privileged few. It will extend healthy life, more years in which people think clearly, move with less pain, share their wisdom, love their families, serve their communities, and live with dignity.

Research into aging will help prevent frailty, dementia, blindness, hearing loss, and chronic disease. Communities will be redesigned so elders remain connected, respected, mobile, and actively involved. Society will no longer treat the wisdom of age as a burden, but as one of its greatest living resources.

This medical transformation will be governed by moral responsibility. Human beings will never become products, data sources, or experimental material for institutions they cannot question. No person will be denied beneficial treatment because of poverty, race, nationality, geography, disability, or social status. Science will be joined to compassion. Technology will remain the servant of life.

Clean Water, Nourishing Food, and a Home for Every Family

The greatest medical discoveries will mean little if billions remain sick because they lack clean water, nourishing food, sanitation, or safe housing.

With resources redirected from war, humanity will make clean drinking water a reality for every community. We will restore watersheds, protect aquifers, repair failing pipes, build locally appropriate purification systems, harvest rainwater, recycle water safely, and train local people to maintain these systems for generations.

Hunger will end not by making communities permanently dependent on distant charity, but by restoring their ability to feed themselves. Investment will strengthen regenerative agriculture, Indigenous food systems, seed protection, healthy soils, water conservation, local farms, food cooperatives, storage, transportation, and community-controlled emergency reserves.

The world already produces immense quantities of food, yet people remain hungry while food is wasted and land is degraded. A peaceful civilization will treat food as a sacred relationship among soil, water, seed, sunlight, farmers, families, culture, and future generations—not merely as a commodity.

Safe housing will become another universal commitment. Former military engineering capacity and converted factories will produce durable, affordable, energy-efficient homes using local materials and designs appropriate to climate and culture. Empty buildings and damaged neighborhoods will be renewed. Communities will create housing without uprooting people or turning shelter into an instrument of speculation. These are not secondary benefits of peace. They are the substance of peace.

Every Child Will Be Allowed to Flourish

To end war permanently, we must educate children for a different world.

Resources now consumed by war will provide excellent early-childhood care, safe schools, well-prepared and fairly compensated teachers, universal literacy, digital access, libraries, laboratories, art, music, physical development, and opportunities to learn directly from the land and community.

Education will not exist only to prepare young people to compete for employment. It will help them discover their gifts, investigate truth independently, care for their bodies and minds, build healthy relationships, understand other cultures, resolve conflict, protect Mother Earth, and recognize their responsibility to our Human Family.

Indigenous Nations will educate their children through their own languages, histories, values, knowledge systems, and relationships with their Sacred Homelands. Elders and knowledge keepers will stand beside teachers and scientists. Modern knowledge and ancient wisdom will not be forced to compete; each will contribute what it knows to the child’s full development.

Every child will come to understand:

You are sacred.

You carry gifts the people need.

You belong within the great circle of life.

Your choices will touch generations yet unborn.

Scholarships and apprenticeships will open every field of learning. Young people will study medicine, ecological restoration, engineering, agriculture, teaching, caregiving, the arts, culture, conflict transformation, and ethical technology without entering lifelong debt. Their energy will no longer be recruited primarily to defend the old world. It will be welcomed into building the new one.

The Rising of the Seventh Generation

The Seventh Generation carries two inseparable meanings. It is the ancient responsibility to make every major decision with consideration for the seven generations who will live with its consequences. It is also the living generation of young people now arising across Mother Earth, the generation that will unite beyond borders and lead humanity into a new planetary civilization.

For generations, Elders and Wisdom Keepers have spoken of a time when the young people will awaken, remember who they are, reclaim their relationship with Mother Earth, and come together across nations, cultures, and spiritual traditions. That time is here. The Seventh Generation is already rising.

These young people see the world with new eyes. They understand that climate, war, poverty, racism, technology, health, and the future of Mother Earth are not separate issues. They see one living system. They form relationships across languages and continents with a speed no previous generation has known. They are less willing to accept inherited divisions and less willing to surrender their future to systems that place profit, power, and fear above life.

The Seventh Generation will not merely inherit the new planetary civilization. They will lead its creation. Young people will sit wherever decisions are made—not as symbolic representatives, but as equal participants whose lives those decisions will shape. They will help govern the AI Commons, guide ecological restoration, reshape education, advance healing, transform economies, protect animal relatives, reconcile cultures, and carry the Binding Planetary Peace Treaty into the daily life of nations and communities.

Their leadership will unite scientific understanding, technological fluency, spiritual awareness, cultural identity, artistic creativity, and devotion to Mother Earth. Indigenous youth will bring forward their languages, ceremonies, prophecies, land-based knowledge, and responsibilities to their peoples. Young women will rise in equal power. Youth from every race, nation, faith, and social condition will recognize one another as relatives within the greater Human Family.

The older generations will not place the entire burden of repairing the world upon their shoulders. We will walk beside them. Elders will share memory, spiritual guidance, experience, and long vision. Adults will provide resources, protection, education, mentorship, and open pathways to leadership. The wisdom of age and the creative power of youth will join together.

Every school and community will prepare young people not only to find employment, but to assume responsibility for the future. They will learn consultation, conflict transformation, ethical technology, ecological stewardship, health, culture, service, and the responsibilities of planetary citizenship. They will have direct opportunities to restore lands and waters, serve their communities, participate in governance, and build relationships across differences.

Seventh Generation thinking will become a living standard for decision-making. Before any law, technology, industry, or development proceeds, humanity will ask: What will this mean for the children of today? What will it mean for the children yet unborn? What condition will the land, water, culture, and Human Family be in seven generations from now?

When history looks back upon this time, it will be remembered as the time of the rising of the Seventh Generation—the time when the young people of Mother Earth found one another, united their gifts, and helped lead humanity beyond war, separation, and destruction.

The young people of this generation will live to witness the full manifestation of the sacred prophecies. They will see principles that humanity has spoken about for centuries become the lived foundations of a planetary civilization. They will not experience these truths only as promises or distant ideals. They will help bring them into being, live within their unfolding, and carry them forward:

The Equality of Women and Men. They will live in a world that recognizes women and men as the two equal wings of humanity, sharing equal dignity, power, responsibility, opportunity, and respect.

The Balancing of the Extremes of Wealth and Poverty. They will transform economic systems so that no human being lives in destitution while others accumulate far beyond any reasonable need. The resources of Mother Earth will serve the welfare of all.

The Elimination of All Prejudices. They will carry humanity beyond inherited divisions and prejudices based upon race, religion, nationality, class, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, culture, or any other human difference. Every person will be recognized as a sacred and equal member of the Human Family, and no one will be denied dignity or belonging because of who they are.

The Unity of Science and Spirituality. They will bring scientific knowledge and spiritual wisdom into harmony, joining the disciplined investigation of reality with moral purpose, compassion, and reverence for life.

Universal, Culturally Respectful Education. Every child will receive an education that develops the whole human being while honoring language, culture, identity, spiritual understanding, and relationship with Mother Earth.

The Independent Investigation of Truth. Young people will be educated to think, question, examine evidence, listen deeply, and seek truth for themselves rather than inheriting fear, prejudice, propaganda, or dogma unquestioningly.

Unity in Diversity. They will build a civilization in which every people retains its beauty, gifts, language, culture, and sacred identity while contributing to the greater unity of the whole Human Family.

These are not separate promises. Together they form the moral and spiritual architecture of the new planetary civilization. The Seventh Generation will see them converge, strengthen one another, and become a living way of life.

The Seventh Generation is rising now. They will not walk alone. All generations will stand together as they lead the Human Family into the new planetary civilization.

The Essential Leadership of Indigenous Peoples

The new civilization cannot be built by repeating the thinking that created the present crisis. Indigenous Peoples must not be invited only to bless decisions already made. They must be full partners and leaders in shaping the future.

For thousands of years, Indigenous Nations have carried knowledge of relationship, reciprocity, collective responsibility, healing, spiritual law, and stewardship of land and water. This knowledge is not a romantic memory. It is living guidance the whole Human Family urgently needs.

Resources returned from war will help restore Sacred Homelands, languages, ceremonies, culturally grounded education, traditional food systems, Indigenous health services, and community-controlled economies. They will support Indigenous guardianship of forests, watersheds, coasts, grasslands, and other vital ecosystems. Indigenous women, youth, elders, spiritual leaders, scientists, and knowledge keepers will guide local, bioregional, and planetary action.

The Four Worlds Guiding Principles for Building a Sustainable and Harmonious World provide a foundation for the entire transformation. They remind us that human beings can transform their world; that development comes from within; that healing is essential; that unity and participation release collective power; that culture and spirituality give development meaning; that learning must continue throughout action; and that the way we walk must embody the destination we seek.

This means peace is not delivered from above. Each community will identify its needs, clarify its vision, make decisions, carry out the work, and evaluate what follows. Outside resources will strengthen people’s capacity, not replace it. Global cooperation will protect the beauty, knowledge, freedom, and identity of every people.

Restoring Mother Earth

No lasting peace can exist among peoples while humanity remains at war with Mother Earth.

Resources freed from war will support the greatest ecological restoration effort in human history. Humanity will clean rivers, lakes, oceans, and groundwater; restore forests, wetlands, grasslands, and watersheds; regenerate depleted soils; protect biodiversity; and remove landmines, unexploded weapons, and military toxins.

Former soldiers and military engineers will join a Planetary Emergency and Restoration Service, responding to fires, floods, droughts, hurricanes, earthquakes, pandemics, and ecological disasters. Aircraft designed to transport troops will carry emergency hospitals, water-purification equipment, food, renewable-energy systems, and rescue teams. Satellites will monitor storms, pollution, fires, drought, and ecosystem health. Logistics once organized for battle will be organized to reach any community in danger.

The transition to renewable energy will be greatly accelerated, but it will not repeat the old pattern in which one people or place is sacrificed for another. New technologies will be developed with strong ecological protection and the free, prior, and informed consent of Indigenous and local communities.

We will use our Mother Earth’s gifts with gratitude, restraint, fairness, and restoration. We will evaluate every major project not only by what it produces today, but by what it leaves to the Seventh Generation.

Making Peace with Our Animal Relatives

Our awakening will transform not only our relationships with one another and with Mother Earth. It will transform our relationship with the animal relatives who share this sacred world with us.

As human consciousness rises, we will fully recognize that animals feel pain, fear, distress, affection, trust, joy, and the desire to live. They are not objects, machines, or lifeless commodities. They are living beings within the Sacred Hoop, each possessing its own place, purpose, intelligence, and way of experiencing life.

Our children will learn this truth from the beginning. They will be taught to approach animals with kindness, patience, gentleness, and respect. They will learn that strength does not mean domination and that compassion is not weakness. The way a child treats a small or vulnerable being will be understood as part of that child’s moral, emotional, and spiritual development.

Schools, families, farms, and communities will nurture this sensitivity. Children will learn directly from animals and from the natural world. They will understand that an animal is not simply a product to be consumed, a possession to be used, or an inconvenience to be removed. Every encounter with another living being will become an opportunity to practice respect and responsibility.

The vast industrial systems that confine animals in suffering and turn their lives and deaths into an assembly line will come to an end. Humanity will no longer accept enormous facilities in which living beings are crowded, frightened, injured, and killed as though their pain has no meaning. These systems damage animals, the workers compelled to participate in them, surrounding communities, the waters, the soil, the climate, and society’s moral sensitivity.

Our food systems will change as our consciousness does. Farmers, workers, families, and communities will receive the knowledge and resources needed to make this transition without abandonment or economic harm. Agriculture will increasingly nourish people through diverse plant-based foods, regenerative practices, local food systems, and new forms of food production that protect health, culture, livelihoods, and Mother Earth.

Over time, the Human Family will leave behind the eating of meat and the killing of animals for food. This change will not grow from condemnation or contempt for those who live differently today. It will arise naturally as compassion expands, knowledge deepens, and healthier forms of nourishment become available to everyone. What once appeared normal will be seen through awakened eyes, and humanity will choose a gentler way.

This does not erase the histories or survival experiences of Indigenous Peoples and other communities whose relationships with animals developed through gratitude, ceremony, reciprocity, and the realities of particular lands and climates. The transformation will honor culture, listen deeply, and unfold through understanding rather than coercion. Its direction, however, is clear: as our capacity to protect life grows, our circle of compassion will grow with it.

True peace means more than ending war among nations. It means ending the habits of domination within the human heart. We will make peace with Mother Earth. We will make peace with our animal relatives. We will raise generations who understand that all life is sacred, all life is related, and kindness toward every living being is part of the spiritual maturity of the Human Family.

A Global AI Commons Belonging to the Human Family

Once war and national rivalry no longer dominate technological development, humanity will create something far greater than competing artificial intelligence empires: a Global AI Commons held in trust for the whole Human Family.

Today, nations and corporations repeatedly build enormous systems in competition with one another. They duplicate research, construct separate data centers, consume vast amounts of energy and water, guard knowledge behind walls, and race for control. Much of humanity remains outside these systems except as a source of data, labor, or profit.

A Global AI Commons will reverse this pattern. The greatest scientists, physicians, engineers, educators, Indigenous knowledge keepers, artists, philosophers, spiritual leaders, community builders, women, youth, and elders will bring their knowledge together. No single country, corporation, military, or ideology will own humanity’s shared intelligence.

Knowledge created for the common good will be shared across borders. Public-interest models, medical discoveries, educational tools, climate knowledge, language resources, and peaceful technologies will be made available to rich and poor communities alike. All people will participate in governing how knowledge is gathered, protected, interpreted, and used.

Instead of countless institutions wastefully duplicating the same immense computing systems, humanity will cooperate on a smaller number of transparent, efficient, securely governed public facilities. These shared systems will be designed to conserve energy and water, use renewable power, recover waste heat, and avoid placing data centers where they damage watersheds or burden vulnerable communities. Local and regional systems will remain important, especially for cultural sovereignty and resilience, but rivalry-driven duplication will be greatly reduced.

The AI Commons will not gather all knowledge into one controlling machine. It will be a commons of commons, interconnected but diverse, globally cooperative while locally and culturally governed. Indigenous Nations and other peoples will retain authority over their languages, sacred knowledge, cultural records, and data. Knowledge that is sacred, private, or dangerous will not become open simply because technology can absorb it.

The Commons will help unite the world’s research on disease, the brain, agriculture, clean energy, water, ecological restoration, disaster response, translation, education, and conflict prevention. A medical discovery in one region will benefit a child worldwide. A farming practice that restores soil will be adapted to local conditions elsewhere. A small community’s successful response to addiction, wildfire, or water scarcity will become part of humanity’s shared learning.

The deepest purpose of an AI Commons will not be to make machines more powerful. It will be to help human beings become more connected, knowledgeable, compassionate, and able to act together.

As we share knowledge and face common challenges together, humanity will increasingly understand a truth that has always existed beneath our divisions: our unity precedes our separation. We are one Human Family before we are nations, parties, classes, religions, or competing interests.

The hurt of one is the hurt of all. The hunger of one diminishes all. The poisoning of one river eventually enters the waters of the whole Earth. And the healing, education, dignity, and awakening of one person strengthen the entire human circle.

This understanding will carry us beyond our present imagination. The AI Commons will not create our oneness; our oneness already exists. It will help us see that oneness, communicate within it, learn from one another, and organize our common life accordingly.

The Reconciliation of the Spiritual Faiths of Mother Earth

Humanity’s transformation will also bring the reconciliation of the Spiritual Faiths of our Mother Earth. The religions and sacred pathways of the world will no longer be used to divide the Human Family, justify domination, or claim that one people alone possesses the light of Wakan Tanka, the Great Mystery.

Humanity will come to understand that every spiritual tradition that genuinely uplifts, heals, and ennobles the Human Family arises from the same Sacred Source. The teachings have appeared through different peoples, languages, symbols, histories, ceremonies, and stages of human development, yet their spiritual foundation is one. They call us toward love, truthfulness, justice, compassion, humility, forgiveness, service, reverence for life, and recognition of the sacredness within every human being.

This recognition will not erase the beautiful distinctions among the world’s spiritual traditions. Unity never requires uniformity. Each tradition will continue to carry its own sacred stories, prayers, ceremonies, revelations, music, art, disciplines, and ways of approaching the Creator, the Great Spirit, the Great Mystery, and the Source of all life. Their diversity will no longer be treated as proof of separation. It will be understood as the many-colored expression of one sacred reality.

The spiritual teachings given to humanity in earlier ages will now be understood and applied at a new stage of development: the planetary stage of our Human Family’s evolution. Teachings once applied primarily within a family, tribe, city-state, nation, or faith community, will illuminate our responsibilities to all peoples, all life, our Mother Earth, and the generations yet unborn.

At this planetary stage, love of humanity will include every race and nation. Stewardship will include the atmosphere, oceans, forests, waters, soils, and the whole community of life. Justice will mean that no people are sacrificed for another’s prosperity. Service will reach beyond borders. Spiritual maturity will be measured by our ability to protect our whole Human Family while honoring the freedom and sacred identity of every person and people.

The word religion has long been associated with the ancient understanding of binding together and reuniting. In the new consciousness, religion will fulfill this sacred purpose. It will reunite the human heart with the Sacred Source, reunite peoples with one another, reunite humanity with Mother Earth, and help restore the broken relationships created by fear, prejudice, violence, and separation.

Spiritual leaders and communities will meet one another not as competitors for souls, but as relatives and servants of the same Human Family. They will pray together, learn from one another, protect freedom of conscience, heal the wounds caused in the name of religion, and work side by side to end hunger, prejudice, violence, exploitation, and the destruction of Mother Earth.

As this reconciliation unfolds, humanity will recognize our prior unity and oneness. Before we took different names, entered different nations, or followed different spiritual paths, we came from the same Sacred Source. We belong to one Human Family. No tradition loses its sacredness through this recognition; each finds its rightful place within the greater Sacred Hoop.

All spiritual traditions that uplift life will be reconciled in their common foundation. Their many pathways will help humanity walk together into the planetary stage of our development, united in purpose, diverse in expression, and bound together in service to the whole of life.

The Two Wings of Humanity

In the new planetary civilization, humanity will fully recognize a truth that has always existed: women have always been equal to men. Their equality is not a gift to be granted, a status to be earned, or a privilege to be bestowed by governments, institutions, religions, or societies. It is an inherent spiritual reality. Women and men come from the same Sacred Source, possess the same human dignity, and carry the same right and responsibility to participate in the development of our world.

The eagle of humanity has two wings: one is woman, and one is man. For too long, one wing has been restrained, wounded, silenced, and denied its full power. Humanity has attempted to rise while preventing half of itself from flying. In this new day, both wings will be equally strong, equally honored, and equally free. Only then will the eagle of humanity rise in balance and fulfill its sacred destiny.

Women will participate equally in every dimension of life: governance, science, education, medicine, spirituality, culture, economics, technology, ecological restoration, peacebuilding, and the care and development of communities. Women will not merely be invited into systems designed without them. They will stand as equal creators of new systems, institutions, priorities, and ways of living.

Their knowledge, courage, insight, endurance, and leadership will help redirect civilization away from domination and toward relationship, healing, cooperation, and the protection of life. Indigenous women, who have carried languages, ceremonies, families, lands, medicines, and the continuity of their peoples through generations of hardship, will assume their rightful place in shaping the future of the Human Family and Mother Earth.

Equal participation means equal power, respect, opportunity, education, economic security, a voice in decisions, and protection under the law. Violence against women and girls will end. Exploitation, trafficking, forced marriage, exclusion, and every system that treats women as property or as lesser human beings will pass away. No society will call itself peaceful while women live in fear, and no civilization will call itself just while the gifts of women remain restricted.

This transformation is not a struggle of women against men. It is the healing and liberation of the whole Human Family. Men will no longer be taught that strength requires control, emotional silence, aggression, or separation from tenderness. Women will no longer be told that compassion requires submission or that service requires invisibility. Women and men will meet one another in mutual respect, shared responsibility, honest consultation, and love.

Humanity will also come to understand that the spiritual qualities often described as feminine and masculine are not confined to one sex. Compassion and courage, tenderness and strength, intuition and reason, receptivity and initiative, nurturing and protection all live within the full human spirit. Every person will be free to develop these sacred capacities in balance.

As women and men honor one another’s gifts, families will grow healthier, children will grow safer, communities will become more compassionate, and leadership will become more complete. Decisions will reflect a wider range of human experience. The work of caregiving, nurturing children, sustaining families, and healing communities will receive the respect and material support it has always deserved.

This equality will not diminish anyone. It will release everyone. Women will rise in their full dignity and power. Men will be freed from inherited patterns that have wounded them and others. Children will grow up seeing equality not as an argument, but as the natural order of human life.

The two wings of humanity will rise together, equal in power, dignity, respect, and united in service. With both wings fully extended, the Human Family will soar into the new planetary civilization.

Transforming the Machinery of War

Ending war does not mean abandoning military personnel, workers, families, or communities whose livelihoods have depended upon the war system. A just transformation will honor their skills and protect their dignity.

The change will be direct and practical:

Weapons factories will produce medical devices, clean-energy equipment, public transportation, and housing components.

Military laboratories will become centers for medicine, brain research, water purification, ecological restoration, and peaceful technology.

Military hospitals will expand into public centers for trauma healing, rehabilitation, emergency care, and medical training.

Military bases will become universities, housing communities, healing centers, ecological reserves, and emergency-response hubs.

Soldiers will become rescuers, engineers, mediators, conservation workers, peacekeepers, and builders of essential infrastructure.

Workers will keep their income, pensions, health care, and retraining opportunities. Communities will help decide how to convert facilities. No person will be treated as disposable because humanity has chosen a new direction.

The courage, discipline, teamwork, technical knowledge, and willingness to sacrifice found among military personnel do not belong to war. These are human qualities. They will serve life.

A Civilization Rich in Meaning

The resources of war will support far more than material development. They will nourish meaning, belonging, beauty, relationship, culture, and spiritual purpose.

The peace dividend will support language revitalization, community archives, cultural centers, storytelling, oral history, music, dance, literature, theatre, film, visual art, ceremony, and spiritual gatherings. Artists and culture bearers will not be treated as optional. They will be recognized as people who help communities remember who they are, heal what they have endured, and imagine what they can become.

Independent public-interest journalism and community-owned media will free communication from manipulation and propaganda. Translation will help people hear one another directly. Digital spaces will be designed for learning and consultation, not addiction, humiliation, and outrage.

Science and spirituality will work together without either attempting to dominate the other. Science will help humanity understand how the world works. Spiritual and moral wisdom will help us determine why knowledge matters, what to protect, and how power will be used.

Material abundance without justice, love, purpose, or relationship cannot create a harmonious world. The transformation must reach the human heart.

How the Transformation Will Begin

Humanity does not need to wait until the final weapon is dismantled. Nations will immediately place every military budget beside a public statement showing what the same resources will provide in health, housing, education, clean water, and ecological restoration.

Each year, a set percentage of military expenditure will be redirected into transparent peace-and-life funds. Military-dependent communities will establish transition councils composed of workers, local leaders, educators, health professionals, Indigenous representatives, youth, and residents. Universities and corporations receiving military research funds must develop peaceful conversion plans.

The process must be verified and reciprocal so people are not left vulnerable. It must be transparent so resources cannot disappear into new forms of private accumulation. It must be participatory so communities determine their real priorities. And it must be continuous: action, reflection, learning, correction, and renewed action.

Every nation and community will begin by asking:

What illnesses will we prevent or heal?

What will we discover about the brain, heart, and restoration of the human body?

How many families will receive clean water, nourishing food, health care, and secure homes?

How many children will receive excellent education?

Which factories and military facilities will be converted?

Which rivers, forests, soils, and Sacred Homelands will be restored?

What trauma must be healed?

What knowledge and creativity are waiting to be released?

Peace is not a space created by the absence of battle. Peace is the presence of everything that allows life to flourish.

The Choice Before the Human Family

Imagine that by 2050, tens of trillions of dollars once expected to be consumed by military expansion have been redirected toward life.

Imagine a child in a remote community receiving an early diagnosis through a clinic connected to the finest medical knowledge on Earth. Imagine a person once facing paralysis taking steps again through advances in nerve repair, rehabilitation, and assistive technology. Imagine Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s being detected earlier, treated more effectively, and one day prevented. Imagine blindness being reduced, damaged organs being repaired, cancer becoming increasingly preventable and curable, and elders living longer lives in health, dignity, and service.

Imagine every family having clean water, nourishing food, health care, education, energy, and a safe home. Imagine former weapons factories building the systems that make this possible. Imagine military aircraft carrying rescue teams and medicine instead of bombs. Imagine young people entering laboratories, classrooms, farms, healing centers, and restoration projects, knowing their gifts are needed.

Imagine the world’s knowledge being shared through an AI Commons belonging to everyone. Imagine rivers becoming clean again, forests returning, soil becoming fertile, Indigenous languages awakening, Sacred Homelands being restored, and communities once divided by fear learning to work together.

None of this will make humanity perfect. We will still face disagreement, loss, natural disasters, illness, and the difficult work of living together. But we will face these challenges as one Human Family, with our resources organized to protect life rather than destroy it.

The Binding Planetary Peace Treaty to End War is therefore more than a commitment to stop killing. It is a doorway into the future. It asks humanity to place its intelligence, wealth, science, technology, labor, and spiritual capacity in service to a higher purpose.

The old world asks: How can we build weapons powerful enough to destroy any enemy?

The new world asks: How can we build relationships strong enough that no people must become our enemy?

The old world measures security by military superiority.

The new world measures security by the health of its children, the purity of its water, the dignity of its elders, the vitality of its cultures, the fairness of its institutions, and the condition of Mother Earth.

The old world organizes intelligence to dominate. The new world organizes intelligence to heal.

On July 20, 2025, at Dripsey Castle in County Cork, Ireland, Indigenous leaders and peacebuilders signed the Binding Planetary Peace Treaty to End War. That sacred act opened a pathway. Now the pathway must become a worldwide movement of peoples, communities, institutions, and nations.

Part One declared that humanity will direct its intelligence toward ending war.

Part Two declares what we will do with the life, wealth, creativity, and power returned to us when war ends.

Our answer is clear:

We will heal the human body, brain, mind, and spirit.

We will direct science to overcome disease and restore human capacity

We will build an AI Commons that places humanity’s shared intelligence in service to all.

We will give every child clean water, nourishing food, health care, education, and a safe home.

We will stand with the rising Seventh Generation as the young people of Mother Earth lead us into the new planetary civilization.

We will transform weapons industries into industries that serve life.

We will restore Mother Earth and protect the generations yet unborn.

We will make peace with our animal relatives and raise every child in kindness toward all living beings.

We will honor Indigenous Peoples and restore Sacred Homelands.

We will reconcile the spiritual traditions of Mother Earth in their common sacred foundation.

We will recognize the eternal equality of women and men and enable both wings of humanity to rise together.

We will nurture culture, creativity, moral courage, and spiritual growth.

We will become the peace we are seeking to establish.

The resources exist. The intelligence exists. The technology exists. The human capacity exists. The Treaty has been signed, and the doorway has been opened.

Now the Human Family must choose to walk through it together.
