The Uniting of the Eagles is a sacred Indigenous-led pathway for peace, healing, listening, truth, Mother Earth, and compassionate action. It brings together the Peoples of the Eagle (Alaska, Canada, USA) and of Russia, through a protected Seven Talking Circle process.
This is not a political debate. It is not a media performance. It is not a propaganda platform. It is not a state-to-state negotiation. It is people-to-people, heart-to-heart, Eagle-to-Eagle.
The purpose is simple and strong: to help human beings meet beyond fear, listen beyond separation, speak truth without hatred, honor grief without blame, remember Mother Earth, protect the children, and carry compassion into action.
For the People of the Eagle, the Eagle is a sacred messenger of prayer, courage, humility, protection, spiritual vision, and responsibility. On the Russian side, the Eagle, including the Double-Headed Eagle, is honored as a bridge of recognition, memory, culture, sacrifice, and destiny. The Eagles are not called to meet in conflict. They are called to meet in a sacred circle.
The Seven Eagle-to-Eagle Talking Circles
These Seven Talking Circles are the heart of the proposal. Each circle has a clear topic, concrete questions, and a practical Compassion-in-Action step.
Talking Circle One: Lighting the Sacred Eagle Fire Purpose: Open the pathway, establish trust, introduce protocols, and clarify why we are gathering.
Key Questions: What spirit must we bring into this circle? What does Eagle-to-Eagle mean to us? What agreements will protect the circle? How will we speak from the heart and listen with respect?
Action: Each participant carries one prayer, blessing, or act of kindness beyond their own familiar circle.
Talking Circle Two: Remembering Our Shared Humanity Purpose: Help participants see one another beyond fear, labels, politics, propaganda, and separation. Key Questions: Who are your ancestors? What land, waters, ancestors, and teachings shaped you? What do you love about your people? What grief have your people carried? What do you wish others understood about your humanity?
Action: Each participant offers a word, prayer, poem, song, story, or blessing that honors another person’s humanity.
Talking Circle Three: Truth, Grief, and the Wounds of History
Purpose: Create a protected space to speak truth without hatred and honor grief without blame.
Key Questions: What wounds still live in your people, family, land, or spirit? How have war, colonization, displacement, cultural loss, propaganda, or ecological harm affected your people? What truth needs to be heard? How can we speak of pain without dehumanizing one another?
Action: Participants offer an act of remembrance for all families and peoples harmed by war, colonization, historical trauma, and separation
Talking Circle Four: Mother Earth, War, and Sacred Responsibility
Purpose: Restore Mother Earth to the center of the peace conversation.
Key Questions: What lands, waters, animals, forests, or sacred places are you responsible for? How has war or greed wounded Mother Earth? What does peace mean if rivers are poisoned, forests are destroyed, and children inherit damaged lands? What Earth-honoring action can we carry out together?
Action: Each participant performs one Earth-honoring action, such as a water blessing, tree planting, cleanup, animal protection, or Mother Earth prayer.
Talking Circle Five: Elders, Youth, Women, and the Generations Yet to Come:
Purpose: Place the children, elders, youth, women, families, and future generations at the center.
Key Questions: What wisdom do the elders need us to hear? What future do the youth fear, and what future do they hope for? What do women, families, and life-protectors need us to understand? Will this serve the children and the generations yet to come? Action: Participants create or share a message, prayer, drawing, poem, song, or commitment for the children of other people.
Talking Circle Six: Compassion in Action
Purpose: Move the dialogue from words into visible acts of peace.
Key Questions: What will I do differently because I sat in this circle? What hatred will I refuse to repeat? What act of compassion can I carry into my family, community, media, culture, or relationship with Mother Earth? What peace commitment can I make now? Action: Each participant makes one visible commitment to peace, healing, Mother Earth, the children, or other people.
Talking Circle Seven: Carrying the Peace Forward
Purpose: Gather the learning, commitments, relationships, and next steps.
Key Questions: What have we learned? What has changed in our hearts? What relationships have been formed? What commitments are ready to be carried forward? What should be included in a possible Uniting of the Eagles Peace Declaration? What continuing circles or actions should follow?
Action: Participants commit to carry the Eagle-to-Eagle pathway forward through continuing circles, youth actions, women’s circles, elders’ reflections, Mother Earth actions, media messages, or Compassion-in-Action commitments.
The 11 Days of Global Unity and the Seven Eagle Talking Circles
The Seven Eagle Talking Circles will be held during the 11 Days of Global Unity, from September 11 to September 21, 2026, ending on the United Nations International Day of Peace.
The 11 Days of Global Unity is an annual worldwide movement that began in 2004 to help transform a time remembered for tragedy into a time of hope, healing, unity, and peace. It carries 11 Campaigns for Change, including unity, environment, women, human rights, and peace. This makes it a natural and powerful time to hold the Seven Eagle Talking Circles.
During these 11 days, the Seven Eagle Talking Circles will give people a direct voice to speak from the heart. They will create a protected space for the voices of the people, the voices of the communities, the voices of elders, women, youth, families, peaceworkers, Indigenous relatives, Russian relatives, and all sincere people of goodwill who are ready to listen, share, and pray for a more peaceful world.
This is why the Seven Eagle Talking Circles fit so perfectly within the 11 Days of Global Unity. The purpose is not only to speak about peace, but to hear the heart of the people. It is to bring forward the hopes, concerns, griefs, prayers, wisdom, and commitments that live within the communities themselves.
From September 11 to September 21, the Talking Circles will help carry the pathway from fear to hope, from separation to relationship, from silence to voice, and from words to compassionate action. They will move directly into the International Day of Peace with a living message from the heart of the people: Choose Peace. Live Peace. End War.
99 Eagle Talking Circles
We are prepared to hold 99 Eagle Talking Circles at one time, using the full strength of a single Zoom gathering. Each circle will include nine relatives: one trained Indigenous facilitator, four Eagles from Russia, and four Eagles from Turtle Island. Together, this allows 891 people to enter into respectful, heart-centered dialogue at the same time. These circles are not for argument, blame, or political division. They are for listening, understanding, healing, and opening a new pathway of peace. With 99 Talking Circles moving together, the voices of many people will rise like one great circle of hope, helping our human family remember that peace begins when we truly hear one another.
Convening Stewardship
This Eagle-to-Eagle pathway will be carried out through a sacred relationship of responsibility between two spiritual brothers.
Hereditary Chief Phil Lane Jr. will serve as primary Indigenous convener and lead facilitator for the People of the Eagle, helping gather Indigenous relatives, elders, women, youth, spiritual leaders, cultural bridge-builders, peaceworkers, Four Worlds relatives, Compassion Games relatives, and allies from North America, including the United States, Canada, Alaska, and related Indigenous territories.
Mohawk Brother, Sensei Steven Seagal will respectfully serve as a relational bridge on the Russian side, helping gather trusted relatives in Russia, including distinct Indigenous relatives of Russia, elders, women, youth, cultural voices, spiritual relatives, artists, peaceworkers, translators, and sincere people of goodwill who desire peace.
This sacred process will not rest on two people alone. Well-trained Indigenous Talking Circle leaders will support it with years of experience facilitating respectful, protected, heart-centered dialogues. Their role will be to help hold the circle well, protect the protocols, support deep listening, guide toward truth without hatred, and keep the process rooted in Mother Earth, the children, and the generations yet to come.
The center of this pathway is not politics, media, personality, funding, or public attention. The center is the sacred circle. The center is peace. The center is Mother Earth. The center is the children.
This is the invitation: Eagle to Eagle. Heart to Heart. People to People. For Mother Earth. For the Children. For the Generations Yet to Come.
Section Two: Sacred Foundation and Guiding Principles
The Uniting of the Eagles rests on a sacred foundation of relationship, Indigenous protocol, Mother Earth, truth, healing, compassion, and responsibility to the generations yet to come. It is not built on politics, media, funding, strategy, or public attention first. It is built first on a relationship.
This pathway begins with a simple understanding: peace is not only the absence of war. Peace is the restoration of the right relationship within the human heart, within families, within communities, between peoples, with Mother Earth, with the ancestors, and with the children still coming.
When a relationship is broken, fear grows. When fear grows, people become separated from one another. When separation deepens, conflict becomes easier to justify. For this reason, the work of peace must begin with the healing of relationships.
This is why The Uniting of the Eagles begins in a circle.
Peace Is Right Relationship
Peace is not simply a treaty, statement, broadcast, agreement, or public message. These may serve peace, but they are not peace by themselves. True peace lives in the quality of relationships.
Peace asks whether human beings can see one another again. Peace asks whether truth can be spoken without hatred. Peace asks whether grief can be honored without blame. Peace asks whether the dignity of other people can be protected even when history is painful, fear is loud, and public narratives encourage separation.
The purpose of this pathway is not to deny conflict, silence suffering, or pretend that wounds do not exist. The purpose is to create a protected way for people to meet beyond fear, listen beyond separation, speak truth with discipline, and begin restoring relationships in a sacred way.
The right relationship includes the heart, the family, the community, the peoples, the land, the waters, the animals, the ancestors, and the generations yet to come. If any of these relationships are forgotten, peace remains incomplete. This is why the Eagle-to-Eagle pathway must be spiritual, relational, practical, and action-oriented.
Why the Circle Is the Method
The Talking Circle is the method because the circle protects what ordinary debate often destroys. In a circle, no one comes to dominate, defeat, shame, or overpower another. The circle teaches humility, patience, discipline, respect, and deep listening. It allows people to speak from the heart while also remembering that words carry responsibility.
This is not a debate. It is not a panel. It is not a press conference. It is not a media performance. It is not a political negotiation. It is a sacred Indigenous-led Talking Circle pathway for listening, healing, unity, Mother Earth, and compassionate action.
The circle creates a protected space where people can enter first as relatives of Mother Earth. Before anyone speaks as a citizen, leader, artist, elder, youth, media person, spiritual person, or representative of any community, each person is asked to remember their first identity as a human being born from the same living Earth. This does not erase the difference. It makes a respectful difference possible.
The circle protects dignity. It slows the speed of reaction. It gives translation time to carry meaning. It allows silence to do its work. It helps truth be spoken without turning pain into another weapon.
For this reason, the Talking Circle is not simply a format. It is a spiritual discipline. It is the vessel that holds the whole pathway.
Why Indigenous Leadership matters.
This pathway is Indigenous-led because Indigenous Peoples have carried circle ways, spiritual protocols, land-based responsibilities, and teachings of relationship through generations of suffering, survival, and renewal. These teachings are living medicines needed now by the whole Human Family.
The People of the Eagle come to this work carrying sacred responsibilities rooted in the lands of the Americas. These responsibilities are connected to ancestors, languages, ceremonies, sacred places, treaties, prophecies, survival, and the continuing duty to protect Mother Earth and the children.
The Indigenous Peoples of Russia also carry deep relationships with land, memory, culture, sacrifice, suffering, endurance, and destiny. This proposal honors the distinct Indigenous Peoples of Russia and also welcomes broader Russian relatives who come with sincerity, respect, humility, and a desire for peace.
Indigenous leadership does not mean domination. It means stewardship. It means holding the circle in a way that protects the people, protocols, truth, spirit, and purpose of the gathering.
Indigenous leadership also means remembering that the land is not outside the conversation. The waters are not outside the conversation. The animals are not outside the conversation. The ancestors and children are not outside the conversation. They are part of the circle.
This is why the pathway must remain Indigenous-led, invitation-based, protocol-guided, Mother Earth-centered, and accountable to the generations yet to come.
The Two Truths
This proposal holds two truths together. The first truth is that all human beings belong to Mother Earth in a broad spiritual sense. Every person is born from the same living Mother Earth, breathes the same air, drinks the same water, receives life from the same sun, and returns one day to the same sacred ground. In this universal sense, all people are relatives of Mother Earth.
The second truth is that specific Indigenous Peoples carry distinct ancestral, cultural, spiritual, ceremonial, historical, legal, and territorial relationships with particular lands. These relationships are not symbolic. They are carried through languages, ceremonies, bloodlines, songs, sacred places, treaties, responsibilities, grief, memory, and continuing duties to the land and future generations.
These distinct Indigenous identities and responsibilities must be honored and never erased. Unity does not require sameness. True unity honors difference within one sacred circle of life. The purpose of this pathway is not to make everyone the same, speak the same, believe the same, or remember history in the same way. The purpose is to create a sacred space where difference can be honored without separation becoming hatred.
This is essential to The Uniting of the Eagles. The circle welcomes sincere relatives of goodwill, while still protecting the distinct leadership, identity, and responsibility of Indigenous Peoples.
Mother Earth at the Center
Mother Earth must remain at the center of every true peace process. War is never only a human conflict. War wounds the land, waters, forests, animals, farms, homes, sacred places, air, soil, and unborn generations. Greed wounds Mother Earth. Domination wounds Mother Earth. Spiritual forgetfulness wounds Mother Earth. A peace process that forgets Mother Earth is incomplete.
The Eagle-to-Eagle pathway remembers that peace among peoples cannot be separated from peace with the living Earth. The lands, waters, animals, forests, food systems, climate, sacred places, and future generations are not side issues. They are part of the sacred foundation.
For this reason, every Talking Circle must ask how the work serves Mother Earth. Every public message must carry respect for the living world. Every partnership must honor the responsibility to protect life. Every action must help restore the right relationship with the Earth that sustains all people.
The circle is not only gathered for human healing. It is gathered for the healing of our relationship with all life.
The Children and Generations Yet to Come
The children must remain at the center. Every circle, decision, message, partnership, and action must be measured by one sacred question:
Will this serve the children and the generations yet to come? If the answer is no, the circle must return to its center. The children must not inherit only fear, hatred, poisoned waters, wounded lands, broken trust, and endless war. They must inherit courage, truth, healing, restored relationships, living waters, protected lands, and a renewed sense that human beings can still choose peace.
The generations yet to come are not absent from this work. They are present in every decision. They are listening to the future. They are asking whether we dared to stop repeating hatred, whether we remembered Mother Earth, whether we honored the truth, whether we protected dignity, and whether we chose peace when fear was loud. This pathway is offered to them.
Why Now: This pathway is needed now because the Human Family is living in a time of great danger and great possibility. Fear travels quickly. Mistrust spreads quickly. Propaganda, anger, dehumanization, ecological destruction, and spiritual forgetfulness can move across the world in moments.
But so can prayer. So can the truth. So can compassion. So can a message of peace be carried with discipline, humility, and courage.
The Uniting of the Eagles does not claim to solve all conflicts. It does not replace diplomacy, justice, humanitarian action, ceremony, prayer, or other sincere peace efforts. It offers one sacred pathway, one bridge, one circle, one Eagle-to-Eagle invitation.
The foundation is clear: Indigenous-led, invitation-based, grounded in Talking Circle protocol, centered on Mother Earth, accountable to the children, committed to truth without hatred, and committed to compassion in action.
This is the ground beneath the proposal. This is the fire that holds the circle. This is the foundation from which the Eagles rise.
Section Three: Circle Stewardship, Roles, and Protection
The Uniting of the Eagles will be carried through clear stewardship, trusted relationships, Indigenous Talking Circle leadership, and careful protection of the sacred space. The purpose of naming roles is not to create hierarchy, control, ownership, or personality-centered leadership. The purpose is to protect the circle so the work can move in a good way.
This initiative is Indigenous-led and invitation-based. It is Indigenous-led because the process is held through Indigenous spiritual principles, Talking Circle protocols, Mother Earth responsibility, and accountability to the children and generations yet to come. It is invitation-based because this is not an open public forum.
The circle must be protected, and participants must enter with humility, sincerity, respect, and a willingness to listen to the spiritual purpose of the circle, clarify the protocols, invite the right people, guide the process, and ensure that the dialogue remains rooted in humility, respect, prayer, truth, healing, Mother Earth, and responsibility to the generations yet to come.
As lead facilitator, Hereditary Chief Phil Lane Jr. will help ensure that the Talking Circles remain faithful to their sacred purpose. The facilitator is not there to win an argument, control the outcome, or speak over others. The facilitator is there to hold the circle so that the people’s spirits can speak in a good way.
The dialogue will be gathered through two streams of relationships. From one direction come the People of the Eagle, including Indigenous Peoples of the Americas and specially invited relatives who honor Indigenous leadership, Mother Earth’s responsibility, and the sacred purpose of the circle.
Abya Yala Eagle-Side Convening Stewardship
On the side of the People of the Eagle, Abya Yala, Hereditary Chief Phil Lane Jr. will serve as Indigenous convener and facilitator. This role includes helping to gather the Eagle-side circle of Indigenous facilitators, elders, women, youth, spiritual relatives, cultural bridge-builders, peaceworkers, Four Worlds relatives, Compassion Games relatives, and specially invited allies who can help hold the process well.
This convening role is a role of stewardship, not domination. The convener helps protect the spiritual purpose of the circle, clarify the protocols, invite the right people, guide the process, and ensure that the dialogue remains rooted in humility, respect, prayer, truth, healing, Mother Earth, and responsibility to the generations yet to come.
As the lead Talking Circle facilitator, Hereditary Chief Phil Lane Jr. will help ensure that the Talking Circles remain faithful to their sacred purpose. Facilitators are not in the circles to win an argument, control the outcome, or speak over others. The facilitator is there to hold the circle so that people’s spirits can be spoken to in a good way.
Russian-Side Relational Bridge
On the Russian side, Mohawk Brother Sensei Steven Seagal will gather the Russian-side circle. His role is relational, not governmental. He is not being asked to represent the Russian government, speak for all Russian people, control the process, or determine the outcome in the Talking Circle process.
He is being invited as a trusted bridge who may help gather sincere Russian-side relatives prepared to enter the circle with humility, cultural respect, spiritual seriousness, and a genuine desire for peace.
The Russian-side circle may include distinct Indigenous relatives of Russia, elders, women, youth, artists, spiritual relatives, cultural voices, peaceworkers, humanitarian voices, educators, translators, and community representatives.
Participants are not being asked to defend a government or argue a political position. They are being invited to come as human relatives, as children of Mother Earth, and as people willing to listen and speak from the heart. No partisan politics are allowed.
Indigenous Talking Circle Leadership
This sacred process will not rest on two people alone. Well-trained Indigenous Talking Circle leaders will support it with years of experience facilitating respectful, protected, heart-centered dialogues.
The Indigenous facilitation circle will serve as the primary keeper of the Talking Circle process. Its responsibility is to hold the protocols with humility, firmness, compassion, and clarity. The facilitation circle must be strong enough to protect the process and gentle enough to allow real healing to emerge.
The facilitation team may open and close the circles, review the protocols, guide the speaking order, protect silence, support translation, pause harmful speech, redirect the process as needed, and help ensure that each Talking Circle remains grounded in its purpose. This is not control. This is circle stewardship.
Participant Spirit and Agreements
Every participant entering the Seven Talking Circles should agree to the spirit of the circle:
I enter as a relative of Mother Earth. I honor the Indigenous-led foundation of this process. I will speak from the heart and listen with respect. I will not interrupt, attack, shame, or dehumanize others. I will speak the truth without hatred. I will protect confidentiality and honor consent. I will respect the translation. I will not record or share without permission. I will remember Mother Earth, the children, and the generations yet to come.
These agreements protect the circle. They protect the people. They protect the message. They protect the sacred purpose from being pulled into confusion, performance, propaganda, or harm.
Sacred Circle Protections
The Talking Circle may not be used for propaganda, recruitment, political manipulation, religious conversion, fundraising pressure, public performance, or media spectacle. No participant may use the sacred space to promote hatred, national superiority, ethnic hostility, war, partisan agendas, or organizational competition. The circle exists for peace, healing, Mother Earth, future generations, and compassionate action.
Participants are asked to speak from the heart, but that does not mean speaking without discipline. Words have power. Words can wound, and words can heal. In this circle, words must be offered as sacred gifts, not as weapons.
Participants are asked to listen without interruption. Each person must be allowed to complete their thought without being argued over, corrected, mocked, or dismissed. The facilitators may pause or redirect harmful speech when needed, but participants themselves are asked to practice patience and respect.
The circle welcomes truth without hatred. No one is asked to deny pain, silence grief, or pretend that suffering has not happened. Historical wounds, war, colonization, cultural loss, propaganda, displacement, ecological destruction, and broken trust may need to be named. But truth must not be used to dehumanize other people. Grief must not be turned into blame. Pain must not be used to create new wounds.
Confidentiality, Consent, and Safety
Confidentiality and consent must be protected at every step. Personal stories, private grief, spiritual reflections, names, images, voices, and direct words may not be shared publicly without clear permission.
No one may record, screenshot, livestream, photograph, or distribute any part of the circle without approval from the facilitation team and consent from those affected. Trust is more important than publicity.
The circle must especially protect elders, youth, women, and vulnerable participants. No one should be pressured to disclose personal pain, political views, family history, spiritual experience, or private information. Youth must be honored, not used. Elders must be respected, not rushed. Women’s voices must be lifted, not interrupted or minimized. The circle must be strong enough to hold truth and gentle enough to protect dignity.
Translation and Language Bridge-Building
Translation and language bridge-building are essential. English-speaking and Russian-speaking relatives must be able to hear one another clearly, carefully, and respectfully.
Translators and interpreters are not only technical helpers. They are bridge-builders between hearts, cultures, histories, memories, griefs, prayers, and meanings. AI-supported translation may assist, but human care must protect the spirit and meaning of what is shared.
Participants should speak slowly, clearly, and with respect for the interpreters. Translation is part of the sacred discipline of the circle. It gives time for listening. It slows reaction. It helps protect meaning.
Technology, Documentation, and Media Support
Technology helpers will support the online platform, access, security, interpretation tools, waiting rooms, recording controls where consent is given, and technical assistance. Their role is quiet but important. Technology serves the circle. The circle does not serve technology.
Documentation helpers will respectfully harvest the lessons from the Seven Talking Circles. This does not mean exposing private stories or turning sacred sharing into public content. It means gathering shared themes, insights, commitments, questions, and Compassion-in-Action possibilities in a way that protects confidentiality and consent.
Media partners may help carry approved messages, but they do not lead the circle. Media partners do not select participants, control protocols, shape outcomes, or record private sharing without consent. The circle creates the message. The media help carry the message.
Relatives specially invited from the diversity of the Human Family may also support the work. They may be spiritual leaders, artists, educators, youth, elders, peaceworkers, environmental protectors, translators, media helpers, or cultural bridge-builders. Their role is not to take over the circle. Their role is to enrich the circle, honor Indigenous leadership, and support peace through unity.
Stewardship Decisions
All stewardship decisions should be guided by respect, prayerful discernment, the protection of participants, Indigenous protocol, transparency within the core team, consent where needed, and a commitment to peace.
No decision should be made merely for publicity, speed, pressure, funding, media attention, or outside expectation.
The sacred center must remain clear. The center is not the media. The center is not politics. The center is not funded. The center is not technology. The center is not any one personality.
The center is the sacred circle, the prayer for peace, Mother Earth, the children, and the healing of the Human Family.
The Eagles must be gathered carefully. The circle must be protected. The people must be honored. The protocols must be respected. The message must remain truthful. The resources must serve peace. The children must remain at the center.
This is how the work will be carried out. Eagle to Eagle. Heart to Heart. People to People. For Mother Earth. For the Children. For the Generations Yet to Come.
Section Four: The Seven Eagle-to-Eagle Talking Circles in Full
The heart of The Uniting of the Eagles is the Seven Eagle-to-Eagle Talking Circle process. These are not simply seven meetings. They are a sacred learning pathway, a pathway of peace, and a living network-building process.
Each Talking Circle has a clear topic, a clear purpose, guiding questions, a Compassion-in-Action step, and an expected outcome. Each circle builds on the one before it. Together, they guide participants from relationship to trust, from trust to truth, from truth to healing, from healing to responsibility, from responsibility to action, and from action to a continuing Eagle-to-Eagle pathway for peace.
Each circle will be held in accordance with Indigenous protocol, careful facilitation, English-Russian translation, deep listening, confidentiality, consent, and respect for Mother Earth, the children, and the generations yet to come.
Each circle should include opening words, a brief review of the protocols, a teaching on the circle theme, facilitated sharing, translation, silence where needed, harvesting of shared themes, a Compassion-in-Action invitation, and closing gratitude.
Talking Circle One: Lighting the Sacred Eagle Fire
Purpose: To open the pathway, establish trust, introduce the participants, explain the protocols, and clarify the sacred purpose of the Eagle-to-Eagle dialogue.
This first Talking Circle prepares the ground for everything that follows. Participants are welcomed not as political representatives, media figures, governments, or opposing sides, but as human relatives of Mother Earth.
The purpose of this circle is to help everyone understand why they have been called together, what kind of sacred space they are entering, and what responsibility they carry by agreeing to sit in a circle.
This circle makes clear that The Uniting of the Eagles is not a debate, not an accusation, not a propaganda platform, and not a public performance. It is an Indigenous-led Talking Circle process for peace, healing, truth, Mother Earth, and compassionate action.
In this circle, the facilitators introduce the meaning of Eagle to Eagle. The Eagle of the Indigenous Peoples of the Americas and the Eagle connected with the relatives of Russia are not being called into conflict. They are being called into higher vision. They are being called to rise above fear, suspicion, grief, propaganda, and separation so they can see the larger Human Family.
Key Questions
What spirit must we bring into this circle? Why have we gathered at this time? What does Eagle-to-Eagle mean to us? What responsibilities do we accept by entering this sacred circle? What agreements will protect the circle? How will we speak from the heart and listen without interruption? How will we honor translation, confidentiality, and consent? How will we keep Mother Earth and the children at the center?
Compassion-in-Action Step: Each participant is invited to carry one prayer, blessing, or act of kindness for someone beyond their own familiar circle before the next gathering.
Expected Outcome: Participants leave with a shared beginning. They understand the purpose, the protocols, the spirit of the work, and the seriousness of the sacred commitment they are entering.
Talking Circle Two: Remembering Our Shared Humanity
Purpose: To help participants see one another beyond fear, labels, politics, propaganda, and separation.
In times of conflict, people are often reduced to labels. They become “the other side,” “the enemy,” “the foreigner,” “the threat,” “the victim,” or “the problem.” Once people are reduced to labels, it becomes easier to dismiss their suffering and harder to hear their hearts.
This Talking Circle is designed to break that pattern. Participants are invited to speak first as human beings: as relatives, as members of families, as children of Mother Earth, as carriers of memory, grief, hope, and responsibility.
For the People of the Eagle, this may include stories of land, ancestors, languages, ceremonies, survival, sacred responsibilities, family, and the long journey of Indigenous Peoples across the Americas. For the Indigenous Peoples and relatives of Russia, this may include stories of homeland, memory, culture, sacrifice, endurance, spiritual life, family, and hope.
The purpose is not to erase differences. The purpose is to see one another more fully. True peace does not require sameness. True peace begins when people recognize one another as living human beings with families, elders, children, songs, griefs, dreams, and responsibilities.
Key Questions
Who are your ancestors? What land and waters shaped you? Who are your ancestors? What teachings, songs, stories, or responsibilities do you carry? What do you love about your people? What grief have your people carried? What gives you hope? What do you wish others understood about your humanity?
Compassion-in-Action Step: Each participant is invited to offer a word, prayer, poem, song, story, or blessing that honors another person’s humanity.
Expected Outcome: Participants begin to see one another beyond public narratives, political language, and inherited fear. A human foundation is created for deeper truth.
Talking Circle Three: Truth, Grief, and the Wounds of History
Purpose: To create a protected space where truth can be spoken without hatred and grief can be honored without blame.
Peace cannot be built on denial. Pain that is ignored does not disappear. It often becomes anger, mistrust, numbness, inherited trauma, or fear. At the same time, pain spoken without spiritual discipline can become accusation, shame, or renewed harm.
This Talking Circle teaches the discipline of speaking truth in a sacred way.
Participants may speak about wounds carried by their peoples, families, lands, or spirits. This may include colonization, forced assimilation, broken treaties, displacement, cultural suppression, poverty, war, propaganda, ecological destruction, family separation, and grief carried across generations.
For the People of the Eagle, this circle may hold testimony about Indigenous historical trauma, survival, language, ceremony, the grief of elders, and the responsibility to heal without surrendering truth. For the Indigenous Peoples and relatives of Russia, this circle may provide space to speak of their own histories, sacrifices, cultural struggles, grief, fears, and hopes.
The purpose is not to compare suffering. It is not to decide whose pain is greater. It is not to put any people on trial. The purpose is to understand that unhealed wounds shape the present and can either continue cycles of separation or become part of a healing journey.

What wounds still live in your people, family, land, or spirit? How have war, colonization, displacement, cultural loss, propaganda, poverty, or ecological harm affected your people? What truth needs to be heard? What grief needs to be honored? How can we speak of pain without dehumanizing one another? How can truth become medicine instead of another weapon? What healing is needed so the next generations do not inherit only fear and grief?
Compassion-in-Action Step: Participants are invited to offer a private or public act of remembrance for all families and peoples harmed by war, colonization, historical trauma, and separation.
Expected Outcome: Participants practice sacred truthfulness. They may not agree on every interpretation of history, but they learn to honor grief without destroying the relationship.
Talking Circle Four: Mother Earth, War, and Sacred Responsibility
Purpose: To restore Mother Earth to the center of the peace conversation.
War is never only a human conflict. War wounds the land, the water, the air, the forests, the animals, the farms, the homes, the sacred places, and the unborn generations.
Ecological destruction and human conflict are deeply connected. When land is treated only as territory, water only as a resource, animals only as property, and people only as obstacles, violence becomes easier.
Indigenous Peoples have long understood that peace among human beings cannot be separated from peace with Mother Earth. This Talking Circle restores that sacred understanding.
Participants are invited to speak about the lands and waters they come from, the teachings their people carry, the ecological wounds they witness, and the responsibilities they feel toward the living world.
The People of the Eagle carry sacred responsibilities to the lands, waters, animal relatives, and sacred places of the Americas. Russia also holds vast forests, rivers, Arctic regions, Indigenous homelands, animal relatives, and ecological responsibilities of great importance to the whole Earth.
Mother Earth is not a side issue. She is the living ground of all peace.

What lands, waters, animals, forests, or sacred places are you responsible for? What teachings do your people carry about living in the right relationship with Mother Earth? How has war wounded Mother Earth? How has greed, domination, or spiritual forgetfulness harmed the living world? What does peace mean if rivers are poisoned? What does peace mean if forests are destroyed? What does peace mean if animals suffer? What does peace mean if children inherit damaged lands? What Earth-honoring action can we carry out together?
Compassion-in-Action Step: Each participant is invited to carry out one Earth-honoring action before the next circle. This may include a water blessing, tree planting, cleanup, animal protection action, youth Earth project, community service, or Mother Earth prayer.
Expected Outcome: Participants develop an Earth-centered understanding of peace and identify possible shared actions for water, land, animals, forests, sacred places, and future generations.
Talking Circle Five: Elders, Youth, Women, and the Generations Yet to Come
Purpose: To place elders, youth, women, families, and future generations at the moral center of the process.
Every true peace process must ask: Who suffers most when peace fails?
Children inherit fear. Youth inherit the consequences of decisions they did not make. Women often carry the grief of families and communities. Elders carry memory, sorrow, wisdom, and the knowledge of what has already been endured. The generations yet to inherit either our healing or our unhealed wounds.
This Talking Circle is about intergenerational responsibility.Elders may be invited to share what long life has taught them about patience, suffering, survival, prayer, ceremony, conflict, forgiveness, and responsibility. Youth may be invited to share what kind of future they fear, what kind of future they hope for, and what they need from those who are older. Women may be invited to share the wisdom of life-protection, family, community, caregiving, grief, resilience, and spiritual strength. This circle reminds participants that peace is not abstract. Peace is about the world the children will inherit.
Key Questions
What wisdom do the elders need us to hear? What future do the youth fear? What future do the youth hope for? What do women, families, and life-protectors need us to understand? What responsibilities do we carry to the generations yet to come? What must we stop passing on? What must we begin passing on? Will this serve the children and the generations yet to come?
Compassion-in-Action Step: Participants are invited to create or share a message, prayer, drawing, poem, song, story, or commitment for other people’s children.
Expected Outcome: Participants leave with a stronger moral and intergenerational foundation. Possible continuation circles may emerge for youth, women, elders, families, and future generations.
Talking Circle Six: Compassion in Action
Purpose: To move the dialogue from words into visible acts of peace.
This Talking Circle is directly connected to the Compassion Games. It teaches that peace is not only something to believe in. Peace is something to practice. Peace must become visible in speech, family, community, media, culture, service, ecology, and daily life.
Participants are asked what they will do differently after sitting in a circle. This is where listening becomes a responsibility. Responsibility becomes action. Action becomes a living sign of peace.
Compassion-in-Action does not need to begin with large projects. It may begin with a blessing, a prayer, a public statement, a kind message, a youth exchange, a water action, a community service project, peace artwork, a song, a translated reflection, a video message, an animal protection action, or a refusal to spread hatred.
The purpose of this circle is to activate the peace network. Participants are no longer only listeners. They become carriers. Each person becomes a living point of light in a growing Eagle-to-Eagle network of compassion.
Key Questions
What will I do differently because I sat in this circle? How will this dialogue change my words? How will it change my relationships? How will it change what I share through media or public communication? How will it change my service to family, community, culture, and Mother Earth? What hatred will I refuse to repeat? What act of compassion can I carry out now? What peace commitment am I ready to make?
Compassion-in-Action Step: Each participant is invited to make one visible commitment to peace, healing, Mother Earth, the children, or other people.
Expected Outcome: Participants leave with practical commitments. These actions may become part of Eagle-to-Eagle Acts of Compassion, a collection of approved stories, reflections, and actions showing how peace becomes visible.
Talking Circle Seven: Carrying the Peace Forward
Purpose: To gather the learning, commitments, relationships, and next steps, and to open the continuing Eagle-to-Eagle pathway.
This final Talking Circle is not an ending. It is the completion of the first cycle and the beginning of the continuing path.
By this point, participants have moved through relationships, shared humanity, truth, grief, Mother Earth, future generations, and compassionate action. Now the circle asks what has been learned, what has changed, what must continue, and what participants are ready to carry forward.
Participants may reflect on what touched their hearts, what challenged them, what they now understand differently, what relationships have formed, what commitments are ready, and what message they may offer to the wider Human Family.
One possible outcome is The Uniting of the Eagles Peace Declaration. This declaration should not be written before the circles unfold. It should arise from the participants’ actual listening, prayers, themes, insights, commitments, and shared wisdom. It should be spiritually grounded, non-partisan, Mother Earth-centered, future-generation-focused, and clear.
This circle also identifies the continuing network. This may include monthly Eagle-to-Eagle Talking Circles, youth peace circles, women’s circles, elders’ wisdom circles, Mother Earth actions, cultural storytelling, translation and media working groups, or Compassion-in-Action circles.

The Larger Purpose of the Seven Talking Circles
Together, the Seven Talking Circles make the proposal real.
They are the way trust is built. They are the way truth is protected. They are the way grief is honored. They are the way Mother Earth is remembered. They are the way the children are placed at the center. They are the way compassion becomes action. They are the way a continuing Eagle-to-Eagle network is born.
The Seven Talking Circles show how the Eagles will meet, how the dialogue will unfold, how participants will be protected, how learning will deepen, and how peace will move from prayer into practice.
Section Five: Technology, Translation, Media, and Sacred Communications
The Uniting of the Eagles will use modern tools in service to a sacred relationship. Online technology, English-Russian translation, AI-supported tools, documentation, and responsible media support can help relatives separated by distance, language, history, and public tensions hear one another well.
These tools are important, but they are not the center of the initiative.
The sacred circle is the center. The people are the center. Mother Earth, the children, and the generations yet to come are the center. Technology, translation, documentation, and media must serve the circle. They must never control it.
The guiding principle is simple:
Technology serves the circle. Translation protects meaning. The media carry approved messages. The sacred circle remains the center.
Online Gathering as Sacred Space
The Seven Eagle-to-Eagle Talking Circles will likely be held online so that the People of the Eagle, the Indigenous Peoples and relatives of Russia, and invited relatives from the wider Human Family can gather across great distances.
The online format makes the gathering possible, but it must still be treated as a sacred space. Participants are not simply joining a meeting. They are entering a circle.
Technology support will be needed for secure access, waiting rooms, interpretation channels, participant assistance, document sharing, recording controls with consent, and protection against disruption.
Those helping with technology should understand that their role is quiet but important. They are helping hold the digital lodge so the people can listen, speak, pray, translate, reflect, and act in a good way.
Translation as a Sacred Bridge
Translation is one of the most important responsibilities in this initiative. English-speaking and Russian-speaking relatives must be able to hear one another with care, accuracy, and respect.
Translation is not only about words. It is about meaning, tone, culture, memory, grief, humor, prayer, and spirit.
Human interpreters and bilingual reviewers should help protect the meaning and feeling of what is shared. AI-supported translation may assist with draft translations, summaries, subtitles, glossary development, captions, and accessibility, but AI should never be treated as a final output on its own.
Sacred speech requires human care. Participants should be prepared to speak slowly, clearly, and respectfully for translation. This is not a burden. It is part of the discipline of the circle. Translation slows reaction, deepens listening, and gives meaning time to travel.
A shared English-Russian glossary should be prepared for key terms, including: The Uniting of the Eagles, Peoples of the Eagle, Talking Circles, Mother Earth, Compassion Games, Four Worlds. Human Family. Generations Yet to Choose Peace. Live Peace. End War.
This glossary will help keep the language consistent, respectful, and spiritually clear.
Private Sacred Circle and Public Communication
A clear boundary must be protected between the private sacred circle and approved public communication.
The private sacred circle is where participants may speak from the heart, share grief, listen deeply, build trust, and speak truth in a protected way. Not everything shared in the circle is meant for public release. Some words are only for those present. Some stories require silence. Some griefs are too sacred to turn into content.
Approved public communication may include prepared statements, short summaries, interviews, translated messages, public announcements, participant-approved reflections, Compassion-in-Action stories, documentary segments, or a final Peace Declaration.
Nothing personal should be shared publicly without permission. Names, images, voices, direct quotes, stories, grief, prayers, or spiritual reflections must be protected unless consent is clearly given.
Trust is more important than publicity. Documentation and harvesting the Learning Documentation will be needed, but it must be handled with care. The purpose of documentation is not to expose private stories or turn sacred sharing into public content. The purpose is to respectfully harvest the circle’s learning.
Documentation may include shared themes, agreed insights, key questions, Compassion-in-Action commitments, possible next steps, and participant-approved reflections.
Private sharing remains private unless permission is clearly given. After each Talking Circle, the facilitation and documentation team may gather the main themes, practical actions, and lessons learned. These internal notes can help prepare the next circle and support the final Peace Declaration if the participants choose to create one.
Sacred Communications
Every public message should carry the spirit of the circle. The language should be respectful, non-partisan, non-adversarial, spiritually grounded, and clear. The initiative should never be presented as a political confrontation, a media spectacle, a propaganda platform, or a public debate.
It should be presented as what it is: A sacred Indigenous-led, people-to-people, heart-to-heart, Eagle-to-Eagle pathway for peace. Public communication should consistently affirm the purpose of the work: to listen beyond fear, speak truth without hatred, honor grief without blame, remember Mother Earth, protect the children, and carry compassion into action.
Partnership Boundaries
Every partner must understand the sacred boundary of the work. The circle is not for propaganda. It is not for political manipulation. It is not for religious conversion. It is not for fundraising pressure. It is not for publicity control. It is not for organizational competition.
Partners may support the process, but they do not own it. Sponsors may support the work, but they do not direct the circle. The media may carry approved messages, but they do not control them. Technology may connect people, but it does not guide the spirit. AI may assist the work, but it does not replace human wisdom, consent, translation, or spiritual discernment. The sacred circle remains the center.
Communication Approval
Before any public message is released, it should be reviewed for accuracy, consent, translation quality, and spiritual tone.
Public materials may include: A short public announcement. A one-page summary. An invitation to Russia’s relatives. An invitation to the People of the Eagle. Participant-approved reflections. Peace messages in English and Russian. Compassion-in-Action stories. Media interviews. A final public report. A possible Uniting of the Eagles Peace Declaration.
All public communication should protect the dignity of participants and the sacred purpose of the process.
The Deeper Purpose of Communication
The deeper purpose of technology, translation, media, and sacred communication is not exposure. It is transmission.
What must be transmitted is not only information. It is spirit, dignity, hope, truthfulness, compassion, and the living possibility that human beings can still meet one another beyond fear.
Modern tools can help the prayer travel. But the tools must remain humble. They must serve the people, the circle, Mother Earth, the children, and the sacred purpose of peace.
Technology serves the circle. Translation protects meaning. The media carry approved messages. The sacred circle remains the center. This is how the message travels well.
Section Six: Implementation Pathway
The implementation pathway moves The Uniting of the Eagles from sacred vision into living action. This proposal must not remain only words. It must become a careful process of preparation, invitation, orientation, translation, technology, protected dialogue, documentation, public communication, compassionate action, and continuing relationships.
The pathway must move with both courage and care. A sacred circle is not rushed. At the same time, once the circle is ready, the prayer must move.
Phase One: Finalize the Proposal Package
The first step is to complete the full proposal package in a clear, polished, and ready-to-share form. The language must be strong, respectful, non-partisan, spiritually grounded, and practical.
The proposal package should include the full proposal, a one-page executive summary, a Seven Talking Circles overview, a participant protocol summary, media and consent guidelines, a working budget, invitation letters, and Russian-language materials.
The purpose of this phase is clarity. Before the invitation travels outward, the foundation, purpose, roles, protections, and implementation pathway must be easy to understand.
Phase Two: Form the Core Stewardship Circle
A core stewardship circle should be formed to protect the sacred center of the work. This circle should include Indigenous facilitation leadership, Four Worlds support, Compassion Games support, translation support, technology support, documentation support, communications support, legal or compliance guidance where needed, and trusted advisors.
The stewardship circle does not own the process. It protects the process.
Its responsibility is to make sure the work remains Indigenous-led, invitation-based, legally responsible, consent-protected, Mother Earth-centered, and accountable to the children and generations yet to come.
Phase Three: Confirm Legal, Fiscal, and Media Compliance
Because this initiative is being prepared and stewarded from Canada, any media, sponsorship, financial, broadcast, distribution, or partnership arrangement must be reviewed for Canadian legal compliance.
This is especially important for any potential relationship involving Russia-based or Russian state-affiliated media platforms. No prohibited financial dealing, sponsorship, service arrangement, agency relationship, broadcast agreement, or distribution arrangement should be entered into by any Canadian person, organization, fiscal sponsor, or Canada-based entity unless legal review confirms that it is permitted.
This phase protects the integrity of the work. It also protects the Continental Indigenous Council, Four Worlds International Institute, Compassion Games International, Supreme Master Television, invited participants, sponsors, and partners.
The prayer for peace may travel internationally, but it must travel in a way that is lawful, ethical, consent-based, and faithful to the sacred purpose of the circle.
Phase Four: Convene the Eagle-Side Circle
The next step is to gather the Eagle-side circle. Hereditary Chief Phil Lane Jr. will help convene Indigenous facilitators, elders, women, youth, spiritual relatives, cultural bridge-builders, peaceworkers, Four Worlds relatives, Compassion Games relatives, and specially invited allies from North America, including the United States, Canada, Alaska, and related Indigenous territories.
The purpose is not to gather the largest possible group. The purpose is to gather the right circle: people who can listen deeply, speak with humility, respect the protocols, protect confidentiality, and help carry peace in a good way.
This Eagle-side circle will help prepare the invitation, refine the protocols, identify facilitators, support the Seven Talking Circles, and hold the spiritual responsibility of the work.
Phase Five: Convene the Russian-Side Circle
With Brother Steven’s help and guidance, trusted relatives on the Russian side will be invited to participate in the process. This circle may include distinct Indigenous Peoples of Russia, cultural voices, spiritual relatives, artists, elders, youth, women, peaceworkers, translators, educators, humanitarian voices, and community representatives.
These participants are not being asked to defend a government or argue a political position. They are being invited to come as human relatives, as children of Mother Earth, and as people willing to listen and speak from the heart.
The purpose of this phase is to gather a Russian-side circle that can enter the process in sincerity, dignity, and trust.
Phase Seven: Prepare Translation, Technology, Consent, and Documentation
Before the Seven Talking Circles begin, the practical systems will be ready.
The online platform, testing interpretation channels, preparing waiting rooms, confirming technical support, preparing recording controls when consent is given, and ensuring participants understand how to receive help.
English-Russian interpretation. A shared glossary of key terms will be prepared. AI-supported tools may assist with draft translation, captions, summaries, and accessibility, but human review will protect meaning, tone, culture, and spirit.
Consent and confidentiality procedures are to be clear. Participants must know what is private, what may be documented, what may be shared publicly, what requires permission, and how their voice, image, words, stories, and spiritual reflections will be protected.
Documentation helpers should be prepared to harvest shared themes, insights, questions, and Compassion-in-Action commitments without exposing private stories.
Phase Eight: Prepare Media and Broadcast Guidelines
Media and broadcast guidelines must be prepared before any public communication is released.
Supreme Master Television has served as the principal International Broadcast Partner, carrying approved public messages, interviews, summaries, translated materials, educational features, Compassion-in-Action stories, and, where appropriate and fully consented to, selected public portions of the process.
Other lawful international media platforms may be considered for distribution or rebroadcast where legally permitted and where Indigenous protocol, consent protections, translation accuracy, and the sacred purpose of the circle are fully honored.
Private Talking Circle sharing is not for broadcast. No private story, voice, image, prayer, grief, direct quote, or personal reflection may be aired, recorded, translated, excerpted, or distributed without clear consent.
There will be videos of the overall process and of Talking Circle Reports. The circle creates the message. The media will carry the message.
Phase Nine: Orient Participants
Before the Seven Talking Circles begin, all participants will receive an orientation.
The orientation will explain the purpose of the initiative, the Seven Talking Circles, the protocols, the role of translation, the technology process, confidentiality, consent, media boundaries, and the Compassion-in-Action pathway.
Orientation may be held separately for each circle, followed by a shared orientation when appropriate. The purpose of orientation is to prevent confusion and prepare participants to enter the circle in a respectful, disciplined, and spiritually grounded way.
Phase Ten: Host the Seven Eagle-to-Eagle Talking Circles
The Seven Talking Circles will be held in sequence during the 11 Days of Global Unity in September.
Each circle should include opening words, a brief review of protocols, a teaching on the circle theme, facilitated sharing, translation, silence where needed, harvesting of shared themes, a Compassion-in-Action invitation, and closing gratitude.
After each circle, the facilitation team should debrief. They should ask what was learned, what needs protection, what needs clarification, what actions emerged, and what must be prepared for the next circle.
The Seven Talking Circles should not be rushed. Each one carries its own purpose and must be allowed to do its work.
Phase Eleven: Harvest the Learning
After the Seven Talking Circles are completed, the learning should be gathered carefully. This may include shared themes, key insights, approved reflections, Compassion-in-Action commitments, questions for the future, and possible next steps.
Private stories must remain private unless clear consent is given. Documentation must protect dignity and trust. The purpose of harvesting is not to turn sacred sharing into content. The purpose is to preserve the wisdom that has emerged and to prepare for the next stage of action.
Phase Twelve: Prepare the Uniting of the Eagles Peace Declaration
One possible outcome is The Uniting of the Eagles Peace Declaration. This declaration should not be written before the circles unfold. It should arise from the participants’ actual listening, prayers, themes, insights, griefs, hopes, and commitments. The declaration should be spiritually grounded, non-partisan, Mother Earth-centered, future-generation focused, and rooted in the call.It should speak to the wider Human Family without blaming, shaming, or dehumanizing any people.
Phase Thirteen: Share Approved Public Messages
After review and consent, approved public materials may be shared. These may include public summaries, interviews, translated messages, short videos, educational features, Compassion-in-Action stories, participant-approved reflections, and the final Peace Declaration.
All public communication must be reviewed for accuracy, consent, translation quality, spiritual tone, legal compliance, and protection of the sacred purpose. The message must remain clear: Eagle to Eagle. Heart to Heart. People to People. For Mother Earth. For the Children. For the Generations Yet to Come.
Phase Fourteen: Continue the Eagle-to-Eagle Network
The Seven Talking Circles should not be treated as an ending. They should open the door to a continuing Eagle-to-Eagle pathway.
Possible continuation steps may include monthly Eagle-to-Eagle Talking Circles, youth peace circles, women’s circles, elders’ wisdom circles, Mother Earth actions, cultural storytelling circles, translation and media working groups, and Compassion-in-Action projects.
Section Seven: International Working Budget and Resource Stewardship

This budget is designed to be practical, lean, and strong. It recognizes that The Uniting of the Eagles is more than a series of online meetings. It is a protected international peace pathway involving sacred facilitation, translation, technology, video, media, consent, documentation, and compassionate action.
The largest responsibilities are people, language, trust, and protection. The work depends on trained Indigenous facilitators, respectful English-Russian interpretation, careful relationship-building, human-reviewed AI translation, and strong consent safeguards.
AI tools may help reduce costs and increase speed, but AI must never replace human wisdom, Indigenous protocol, human interpretation, cultural review, or spiritual discernment. AI may assist with draft translation, transcription, captions, subtitles, summaries, glossary development, accessibility, and video preparation. Human beings must review and approve final materials.
Video production is included because the message must travel clearly. The video version may include a short invitation video, a full proposal presentation, a Seven Talking Circles overview, an orientation video, public peace messages, Compassion-in-Action stories, and a possible final Peace Declaration video.
Promotion and advertising are included carefully. This is not advertising for popularity. It is respectful public awareness in service to peace. Any promotion must be lawful, truthful, non-partisan, consent-based, and faithful to the sacred purpose of the circle.
Supreme Master Television may serve as the principal International Broadcast Partner, helping carry approved public messages, translated materials, educational features, interviews, and fully consented video materials. Other lawful international media platforms may be considered only where legal compliance, consent protections, translation accuracy, Indigenous protocol, and sacred stewardship are fully honored.
Because this initiative is being prepared and stewarded from Canada, all financial, media, broadcast, advertising, sponsorship, and partnership arrangements must comply with Canadian law, fiscal requirements, banking rules, sanctions regulations, and all other applicable obligations.
No prohibited dealing, service agreement, sponsorship, agency relationship, advertising purchase, broadcast agreement, or distribution arrangement may be entered into by any Canadian person, organization, fiscal sponsor, or Canada-based entity unless legal review confirms that it is permitted.

The voices of the people should not disappear after the circles close. Their insights, prayers, concerns, hopes, and commitments should be gathered into a beautiful final report that can be shared with participants, partners, media allies, peace networks, Indigenous leaders, spiritual communities, youth, elders, women, and the wider Human Family.
This report should clearly show what the relatives are asking for regarding the future of Peace in their communities and on Mother Earth.
Free, Prior, and Informed Consent: All documentation must be guided by these principles.
Free consent means no one is pressured, manipulated, rushed, or forced to share anything publicly.
Prior consent means participants understand before the circles begin what may be documented, what may remain private, what may be summarized, what may be translated, what may be recorded, and what may be shared publicly.
Informed consent means participants are given clear information about the purpose of documentation, how their words may be used, who may review the material, how AI may assist the process, how human review will protect accuracy, and how participants can approve or withhold permission.
No private story, personal grief, prayer, image, voice, direct quote, spiritual reflection, or identifying information may be used publicly without clear permission.

Human beings must review, correct, interpret, and approve all final documentation.
