Our AISES Elder's Council participated throughout today's AISES Board of Directors Meeting. After the Board meeting, we had a great dinner! After dinner, our AISES Elders Council had the privilege of sharing with young, 7th Generation AISES leaders in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics representing AISES Chapters in 189 Colleges and Universities across Turtle Island!
I joked tonight that AISES was moving toward gender equality. Last year AISES dynamic, strong, creative, powerful and dedicated staff was composed of 10 great sisters and one brother! This year there are 10 sisters and two brothers! AISES brilliant staff is led by Sarah Echo Hawk of the great Pawnee Nation!
Our corporate hosts, are the Mayo Clinic and IBM. Standing next to me is our brother. Bret Benally Thompson and his beloved wife!
