With Brother Forrest Cuch at the Parliament of World Religions

With Beloved Brother Forrest Cuch, Ute Nation, at the Parliament of World Religions, in Salt Lake City. Brother Forrest was guided by a living Vision to come north to Southern Alberta in February, 1987, where we held the second Gathering of the Four Worlds Elders and Spiritual Leaders Council to further deepen the Spiritual foundation, Guiding Principles and Vision of Four Worlds. More than 100 Indigenous Elders and Spiritual Leaders consulted together for seven days at the new St. Paul’s Treatment Center, Kainai Nation.

Four Worlds was founded by a Council of 40 Indigenous Elders and Spiritual leaders who met together, December 27-30, 1982.This historic Council concluded with an all-night Sacred Pipe Ceremony, beginning at Sundown on December 29, 1982, the 92nd Anniversary of the Wounded Knee Massacre, in the Chapel of the old St. Paul’s Residential School! This Sacred Ceremony ended at Sunrise, December 30, with a rare full eclipse of Grandmother Moon!
