Unceded First Nations Land and the Question of Broken Treaties

This occurred last year, but it reflects the reality that other than about 6%, the entire Province is unsurrendered, unceded First Nations land ! The ultimate consequence of this reality is being resolved in the courts and with First Nations simply acting as the Sovereign Nations that they have always been.

If the governments of Canada and the USA have broken their sacred promises enshrined in their Treaties with the Indigenous Nations of Turtle Island, are these First Nations still bound by these Sacred Treaties?
