Tonska El Cedar Parker made an outstanding presentation today at the United Nations to Indigenous Leaders from across the Americas. Tonska Cedar represented his mother, Deborah Parker, his father, Rueben George and his Tulalip and Tsliel Waututh Nations and Relatives with great honor!
Our hands are up to Tonska El Cedar Parker!
