Your Majesties, Raja Samu Samu and King Cornelius, Brother Sacha Stone, High Priest Ida Rsi Wisesanatha, High Priestess Ida Rsi Mahadevi, revered spiritual leaders, Elders, young people, and all my beloved relatives:
I send you my warmest love and prayers. Ten days have passed since my October 10 letter, and the prayerful seeds we planted together in Bali are already growing. The circle we opened with you, through the 8th Fire and the Sacred Fires of Indonesia, now reaches across Europe, through Great Britain and Ireland, back to the Americas, and around our Mother Earth. These are our prophecies and the Fourth Way coming to life.
THE JOURNEY AHEAD
On Friday, October 23, I will travel to London to speak at Windsor Castle on October 27, and at the CC Forum on October 28-29. From October 30 to November 5, I will be in the Netherlands.
A SACRED WATER CEREMONY AND THE JAGUAR AWARD
On Sunday, November 1, 2026, Four Worlds International Institute and the Union of the Condor, Hummingbird, Quetzal and Eagle, Four Worlds International Institute, Compassion Games International, Four Worlds Europe, The Hague Center, and other Dutch relatives will hold a Sacred Water Ceremony.
We will gather the waters of the Netherlands together with the waters of Bali and other sacred places across Mother Earth, along with the 8th Fire, and pray as One Human Family for healing, restoration, and the opening of the doors ahead. Seven Seas, surrounding Five Continents, created from one Source.** 751.Earth**
Within this Sacred Water Ceremony, the Union of the Condor, Hummingbird, Quetzal and Eagle, Four Worlds International Institute, and Compassion Games International, together with other organizations, will present the Jaguar Award in honor of King Willem-Alexander, recognizing his courage in leading, in a good way, an honest reckoning with the regrettable colonial past.
The Jaguar Award was first presented around the Sacred Fire at our gathering of the Union of the Condor, Hummingbird, Quetzal, and Eagle, before the Ancient Pyramids, in Palenque, Chiapas, Mexico, in March 2024. In the Indigenous cultures of the Americas, the jaguar embodies courage, wisdom, and the balance between humanity and the natural world. The award honors those devoted to the well-being of Indigenous peoples and Mother Earth.
Past recipients include Dr. Jane Goodall; Patrick McCollum, who comes primarily from an Irish background and, like many of Irish and Scottish descent, also carries Indigenous ancestry; Tate Omani; Sacha Stone; Karin Lindeman; Brock Pierce; Alenka Slavinec; and others.
Beloved relatives of Bali, you are most warmly invited. Representatives of the royal houses and the hereditary and spiritual leaders of Bali and Indonesia are welcome to join us in person. Given the short notice, a large screen and a live connection may be wiser, so you can take part from Bali itself. Either way, we will be together in one ceremony.
Also, Your Majesty, Brother King Cornelius, we would be honored to receive your representatives from Africa for the Water Ceremony in the Netherlands or have you join us live from South Africa.
We also invite, in a good way, all relatives who are part of this healing process. This gathering is offered with respect for everyone, to find a principle-centered path forward, beyond partisan politics, toward the healing of our whole human family and the reconciliation and restoration of the impacts of colonization.
WITH SPECIAL GRATITUDE TO THE FRISIAN PEOPLE
We come to the Netherlands with special gratitude to the Frisian people, and to the Frisian delegation who joined us at the World Peace Gathering at Dripsey Castle, County Cork, Ireland, from the Buck Full Moon on July 10 through July 20, 2025. There, with the united flames of the 8th Fire and Saint Brigid’s Fire of Kildare, we signed the Binding Planetary Peace Treaty to End War together on July 20, 2025.
Our Frisian relatives helped build a bridge from Palenque to Ireland, into the Netherlands, and onward into Europe. We are deeply honored to be invited and received by them.
We are thankful for all relatives awakening to a simple truth: we are all children of one Father and one Mother, and all of us are Indigenous peoples of Mother Earth.
A COVENANT RENEWED
This journey fulfills a covenant made in 1995 at the State of the World Forum with our dear brother Fred Matser, to work together to uplift Indigenous peoples and the peoples of the Netherlands. Through him, in 2002 at Kasteel Vanenburg in Putten, we held the first Staking Ceremony, where each person staked themselves down to work for a peaceful world, guided by the Talking Circle and the teachings of The Sacred Tree.
We carried this forward: Bernhard Holtrop in Rotterdam, Karin Lindeman through Four Worlds Europe, Marianne van Acker, and many more we look forward to meeting. These living principles were born 44 years ago, when forty Elders prayed for four days and four nights. They remain as true now as then, and they belong to Bali, Africa, Asia, the Americas, and every people seeking renewal.
We carry the waters and prayers of Bali into this ceremony, and I look forward to continuing our consultation on how we can stand beside you with humility and sustained commitment.
Our ancestors kept the fire alive. Now we honor the water that carries all life.

Kami datang ke Belanda dengan rasa syukur khusus kepada masyarakat Frisia dan kepada delegasi Frisia yang bergabung dengan kami di Pertemuan Perdamaian Dunia di Kastil Dripsey, County Cork, Irlandia, pada Bulan Purnama Buck, dari 10 Juli hingga 20 Juli 2025. Di sana, dengan menyatukan nyala Api ke-8 dan Api Santo Brigid dari Kildare, kita menandatangani Perjanjian Perdamaian Planet yang mengikat untuk mengakhiri peperangan bersama pada 20 Juli 2025.

SEBUAH PERJANJIAN YANG DIPERBARUI
Perjalanan ini memenuhi perjanjian yang dibuat pada tahun 1995 di Forum Negara-negara Dunia (State of the World Forum) dengan saudara kita tercinta Fred Matser, untuk bekerja bersama mengangkat masyarakat adat dan rakyat Belanda. Melalui beliau, pada tahun 2002 di Kasteel Vanenburg di Putten, kita mengadakan Upacara Pemancangan (Staking Ceremony) yang pertama, di mana setiap orang memancangkan diri mereka untuk bekerja demi dunia yang damai, dibimbing oleh Lingkaran Berbicara (Talking Circle) dan ajaran Pohon Suci (The Sacred Tree).
Kita meneruskan hal ini: Bernhard Holtrop di Rotterdam, Karin Lindeman melalui Four Worlds Europe, Marianne van Acker, dan banyak lagi yang kami nantikan untuk ditemui. Prinsip-prinsip yang hidup ini lahir 44 tahun yang lalu, ketika empat puluh Tetua berdoa selama empat hari dan empat malam.
