More than 100 years later it was the Chinese Community of Vancouver, British Columbia that shared two huge suitcases of almost new and new clothes to contribute to the Wopila. What goes around, does come around!
We did reach our goal and raised enough funds to have a Wopila and to build a new Basketball Court and Playground in Honor and Thanksgiving to the young Water Protectors of Wakpala, where the Mni Wiconi Movement began!
