The Springtime of Transformation Has Come
This is the long-promised Springtime of Transformation, were we to comprehend.
In this sacred time, foretold by the prophecies of our ancestors, the frozen landscapes of division and despair are beginning to thaw. The seeds of unity long planted in the soil of sacrifice, hope, and prayer are stirring beneath the surface. The Sacred Tree of Life — standing at the center of our Human Family — is preparing to bloom again.
This moment is not merely symbolic. It is a profound spiritual reality: a time of great inner awakening, healing, and remembering who we are and why we are here.
Let us, therefore, strive with all our might, guided by wówačhiŋtȟaŋka — deep resolve — and wowíčak'iye — sacred trust — so that we may bring forth that which will truly profit all humanity. Let our actions be rooted in the teachings of our ancestors and inspired by the love of all our relations — human and more-than-human — across Mother Earth.
We are being called — not tomorrow, not someday — but now.
Called to walk the spiritual road of service.
Called to stand as one, across all colors and nations.
Called to heal the wounds of the past through truth, love, and justice.
Called to unite the scattered lights of the Human Family into one luminous fire.
For this is not only the dawn of a new season—it is the dawn of a new world—a new global civilization where the material and the spiritual walk side by side, where the voices of Indigenous Peoples rise in harmony with all peoples to shape a future rooted in balance, reciprocity, and reverence for the sacred.
Let us rise together with the winds of spring.
Let us listen to the heartbeat of Mother Earth.
Let us honor the sacred teachings gifted to us by Wakan Tanka, the Great Mystery, the All-Glorious, the All-Praised.
This Springtime is not given lightly. It is entrusted to those willing to live its promise.
May we be among them.
