I usually don't get into these issues in-depth, but this possibility is so currupt I needed to comment----Easy pickings—the poor don’t have lobbyists, don’t hand out campaign contributions, and they are often way too overworked and stressed out to vote. When they do vote, they often vote for the very people who increase their taxes, and raise their taxes.
