The story makes these nuclear weapons sound innocent, harmless, smart, and almost cuddly. So much money for weapon and war. Will we ever learn? If there is ever a situation where nuclear weapons are exchanged, will it make little difference if we have some small ones—the damage will be done. Oddly enough, building an arsenal like this could increase the risk that these small nukes would be used. Like I said, they sound so innocent and only cost $1 Trillion!
