The 1999 Otomi Nation Treaty and the Reunion of the Condor and Eagle

On Cinco De Mayo, the 5th of May, 1999, the first of a series of International Indigenous Treaties and Trade Agreements across the Americas, (1999-2003) was agreed to and signed at the Otomi Nation Cultural Centre, Otomi Nation, Mexico.

The Centre is dedicated to the Reunion of the Condor and the Eagle.

By 2003, International Indigenous Treaties and Trade Agreements had been agreed to across the Americas

Despite assaults by adversarial colonial economic and political forces and disunity within our own Indigenous communities, the implementation of these Sacred Indigenous Treaties and Trade Agreements has never ceased and are prepared for full implementation.

On December 22, 2020, through the Sacred Power of Unity and the Promise of the Illumination of our Indigenous peoples, leading to the Enlightenment of our Human Family, we will begin the Day that Shall Not Be Followed By Night.

We will prayerfully launch the Global Centre for Indigenous Sciences and the Global Digital Commission for Justice and Healing, through the coordination of the Union of the Condor, Quetzal, and Eagle.

The digital architecture is in the process of being constructed that will transform our existing Indigenous digital networks into the first digital Nation-State on Mother Earth, bound together through the natural laws and guiding principles governing all Life.

Union of the Condor, Quetzal, and Eagle encompass more than 78 million Indigenous peoples across the Americas, the youngest and fast-growing population in the Americas.

Our collective economic resources are greater than any other Nation-State, our size, excluding those Nation States that primarily exist by selling their natural resources to the others.

Our Indigenous people see selling our natural resources to others for survival is not a path we choose to walk. There is great pain along and at the end of this path.

Second signature page bearing the same Otomi Ceremonial Centre seals, with columns of handwritten names and home communities, mostly in Mexico, and two entries from Ojibway, Canada.
