What would happen if Native American Tribes, Nations and First Nations formally supported their members, if needed, to stand up and defend our inherent sovereignty and treaty rights? In essence, what if those legally designated representatives were arrested, the entire Tribe of First Nation would be arrested, as well?
Why do we allow our Indigenous citizens to be arrested and charged, individually, when they are standing up for our collective Sovereignty and Treaty Rights? Is this how a Sovereign Nation State behaves when their inherent sovereignty and treaty rights are violated?
