1)When our Creator places a sacred fire in our heart, it is not meant to be hidden. It is carried with humility and shared as medicine for the people, the children, the Elders, and the generations still coming.

3)Sacred teachings are offered where the soil is ready. When someone shows humility, sincerity, courage, and goodness, we can place a seed in that heart and trust the Great Spirit to bring forth the growth.
4)We must listen to the cries of this time: the suffering of the people, the loneliness of the youth, the wounds of Mother Earth, and the hunger for justice. Every generation has its own sacred work, and this is ours.

Love your own Nation deeply, but let that love grow wide enough to bless all Nations. The sacred hoop begins with our family and people, but it expands until all colors, all lands, all waters, and all beings are remembered.
