1. World Peace Is Both Possible and Inevitable
World peace is not an impossible dream. It is the next great stage in the spiritual and social evolution of the human family. The question is not whether peace will come, but whether we will choose it through consultation, cooperation, and love, or reach it only after further unimaginable suffering. This choice belongs to all of us, and it must be made now.
2. Peace Must Begin Within Us
Peace cannot be established only through treaties, governments, or international institutions. Lasting peace must first become alive within our hearts, our relationships, our families, and our communities.
We cannot build a peaceful world while continuing to carry prejudice, hatred, greed, fear, and the desire to dominate others. We must become, in our daily lives, the peace we wish to see in the world.
3. The Oneness of our Human Family Is the Foundation of Peace
There is only one human family, infinitely diverse in its cultures, languages, spiritual traditions, and ways of life. No race, gender, nation, religion, class, or civilization is inherently superior to another.
Until we abandon every form of prejudice and recognize the sacred dignity of every human being, lasting peace will remain beyond our reach, as our diversity is the source of our strength and beauty
4. Justice Is the Pathway to Peace
There can be no true peace while billions of our relatives live in poverty, hunger, oppression, displacement, and fear. Peace cannot be separated from racial justice, economic justice, gender equality, human rights, and the protection of Mother Earth.
Whenever one part of our human family is wounded, the whole circle is affected. Peace becomes possible when resources, opportunities, responsibilities, and the blessings of life are shared with fairness and compassion.
5. Women Must Participate as Full and Equal Partners
The full equality of women and men is one of the essential foundations of world peace. When women are denied their rightful and inherent place in leadership, education, consultation, and decision-making, our whole human family is deprived of their wisdom and gifts.
The harmful attitudes learned through inequality travel from the home into our institutions and ultimately into relations among nations. Peace will emerge when women stand as fully respected and equal partners in every field of human endeavor.
6. Consultation Can Transform Conflict into Understanding
The problems facing humanity can no longer be solved through domination, accusation, backbiting, or violence. We must learn to sit together in a sacred circle, listen deeply, speak truthfully, and search collectively for the good of the whole.
Genuine consultation transforms uncertainty into understanding and opposing opinions into a more complete vision. When we release attachment to our own position, truth can emerge from the center of the circle.
7. Peace Requires a Wider Loyalty and a United World
Love for our people and homeland is honorable, but it must grow into a wider loyalty to our whole human family and Mother Earth. We can preserve their beautiful cultures and rightful autonomy while cooperating within a just and effective world order capable of preventing war.
Humanity has already learned the unity of the family, tribe, community, and nation. Now we must awaken to planetary unity. We are citizens of different nations, but we are also relatives within one universal family and caretakers of one sacred home.
