These International Treaties and Trade Agreements are based on 50 years of work, beginning in Bolivia in 1970, to unite the Condor, Quetzal, and Eagle, as prophecized.
These Sacred Agreements have continued to be quietly developed over the past 20 years, since their signing, across the Americas and beyond.
These Sacred Covenants between the Indigenous peoples of the Union of the Condor, Quetzal, and Eagle have now come to the promised time for their full implementation. This unified process of spiritual, cultural, social, and economic development for and between Indigenous peoples across the Americas will begin on December 22, 2020, which begins the Day that Shall Not Be Followed by Night.
The Sacred Fire has been ignited, in the heart of the Amazon, energizing a key, Indigenous to Indigenous Initiative, of the Union of the Condor, Quetzal, and Eagle.
The Global Centre of Indigenous Sciences and Ancestral Wisdom, for the Amazon Bioregion, is being established in Pua, Ecuador.
This Centre is linked to the Global Centre being established in Lexington, Tennessee. Other Centres in Canada, Mexico, Panama, Brazil, and Bolivia will be announced on December 22, 2020.
These initial Seven Centres will be coordinated by the Union of the Condor, Quetzal, and Eagle. Other Centres in Canada, Mexico, Panama, Brazil, and Bolivia will be announced on December 22, 2020.
These initial Seven Centres will be coordinated by the Union of the Condor, Quetzal, and the Eagle. Each Centre will be led by the Indigenous peoples of that Bioregion via the Union's non-political, non-partisan electoral process.
These Centres are directly linked to and based in Sacred International Indigenous Treaties and Trade Agreements developed and signed by Indigenous leaders across the Americas, from 1999-2003.
The first International Indigenous Treaty and Trade Agreement was signed at the Otomi National Culture Centre, in Mexico, dedicated to the Condor and Eagle's Reunion, on Cinco Del Mayo, May 5, 1999.
As well, in conjunction with the Seven Global Centres, Seven Digital Centres of the Union of the Condor, Quetzal, and Eagle will be established in Canada, the US, Mexico, Panama, Ecuador, Brazil, and Bolivia, under the leadership of the Indigenous peoples of each Bioregion.
While the Global Colonial World rapidly breaks down, the Americas' Indigenous Peoples are rapidly breaking through.
In conclusion, with great love and respect, the realization of the Reunion of the Condor, Quetzal, and Eagle is a Gift to our Human Family that only the Indigenous Peoples of the Americas, in unity and between ourselves, have the spiritual promise to manifest.
