Other Centres in Canada, Mexico, Panama, Brazil, and Bolivia will be announced on December 22, 2020. These initial Seven Centres will be coordinated by the Union of the Condor, Quetzal, and the Eagle.

Each Centre will be led by the Indigenous peoples of that Bioregion via the Union's non-political, non-partisan electoral process. These Centres are directly linked to and based in Sacred International Indigenous Treaties and Trade Agreements developed and signed by Indigenous leaders across the Americas, from 1999-2003.

The first International Indigenous Treaty and Trade Agreement was signed at the Otomi National Culture Centre, in Mexico, dedicated to the Reunion of the Condor and Eagle, on Cinco Del Mayo, May 5, 1999.

As well, in conjunction with the Seven Global Centres, the Seven Digital Centres of the Union of the Condor, Quetzal, and Eagle will be established in Canada, the US, Mexico, Panama, Ecuador, Brazil, and Bolivia, under the leadership of the Indigenous peoples of each Bioregion.

While the Global Colonial World rapidly breaks down, the Indigenous Peoples of the Americas are rapidly breaking through.
