Remembering the Wounded Knee Massacre, 132 Years Later

Today, 132 years ago, December 29, 1890, the 7th Calvary massacred more than 300 defenseless and innocent Lakota, Children, Elders, Women, and Men. For this act of genocide, the US Congress awarded 20 Medals of Honor to soldiers of the 7th Cavalry for their participation in the Wounded Knee Massacre.

But remember, Beloved Members of our Human Family, there is no death, just a change of worlds, and as Sure as the Sun Rises Every Day, there will be our Creator's ultimate justice and healing!
