Remembering January 25, 2013 and the Signing Ceremony of the International Treaty to Protect the Sacred from Tar Sands Projects led by Chief Arvol Looking Horse, 19th Generation Keeper of the White Buffalo Calf Pipe. This International Treaty between members of the Oceti Sakowin and other Indigenous Peoples was a primary catalyst that helped defeat the Keystone XL Pipeline and launched the Cowboy Indian Alliance.
