Praying with Tipi Sapa, Philip Deloria, at the National Cathedral

Very thankful that my relatives, Tonska Manape Hocinci Ga, My Tanksi Faith Spotted Eagle, My Tonska Kip Spotted Eagle and my Brave Heart Society Granddaughter were able to pray with our beloved relative Tipi Sapa, Philip Deloria, at the National Cathedral in Washington DC on behalf of all our relatives from White Swan, Wakpala and Cannonball!

Tipi Sapa was canonized in 1936 and is the only Native American to be included as a Saint of the Ages on the High Altar of National Cathedral. In 1992, Chief Arvol Looking Horse, myself and about 100 other relatives stood before his Statue and asked for his assistance to overcome the challenges facing our Indigenous Peoples and other oppressed members of the Human Family! Twenty-Five years later we are seeing our prayers being answered far more than we envisioned!
