This was my father's favorite song. I can remember many times, as a little boy, when he would come home, after midnight, his heart filled with loneliness, and would play "Ghost Riders in the Sky," over and over again.
Every time he was out of order, my mother would give him the "cold treatment," and in time, through my mother's love, he was able to rise above his loneliness, and "Ghost Riders in the Sky" was just a memory, in my soul, until today."
