Militarism, especially by the US Government, it's allies and opponents are the greatest consumer of oil and energy, the greatest contributor to ecological destruction, and the most destructive force, past, present and future, to the Human Family and Mother Earth. Yet, it seems, from my perspective, to be the largest Elephant in the room that seems to be completely ignored by most Environmentalists and other taxpayers who support this insanity!
Literally Trillions $ are being spent to kill other members of the Human Family while destroying our Beloved Mother Earth. Yet, our primary focus as Environmentalists is not taking this harsh and deadly reality into primary concern. Trillions and Trillions of $ US Dollars going to to destroy the Human Family and in the process our Beloved Mother Earth, and yet most of the Environmentalists and our fellow Taxpayers who fund militarism say nothing!
Even the new Canadian Government seems fully dedicated to completing Stephen Harper's $15-billion arms deal to sell fighting vehicles to Saudi Arabia, a regime with one of the most abysmal record for treatment of women, dissenters and offenders on Mother Earth, including their on-going promotion globally of a truly fanatic brand of Islamic Terrorism,.
The reality is that Saudi Arabia, through their long-time promotion of the Wahhabist sect of Islam, is spreading terrorism across the globe. It’s not Iran, it’s not Syria or any other country that is doing this! Wahhabism is at the core of 9'11, and all the terrorism and killing across the Middle East, over the past years, and now even into Indonesia and other acts of terrorism around Mother Earth! But, we must be very nice, because they have lots of oil and along with promoting Terrorism support Presidential libraries and other "Charities!"
And now our new Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau and his government, for money, are selling out to further militarism just like our past Prime Minister Stephen Harper, by selling $25 Billion towards purposes to kill and suppress other Human Beings! Are you comfortable with furthering Militarism? Well I am not!
In the 16 Point Plan of Action to address Climate Change we delivered at COP21 in Paris on December 6, 2015, this is what we stated on this issue!
"Build Peace: War is the greatest consumer of oil and energy, the greatest contributor to ecological destruction, and the most destructive force among the Human Family. War benefits only the powerful, the wealthy, and the weapons industry. We must make peace a global priority, refuse to fund war machines, refuse to participate in war-making, and stop glorifying war. Eliminate the weapons industry that lives off the misery of the victims among our relatives. The realization of world peace can only be established on the full spiritual awareness of the Oneness of the Human Family and the elimination of prejudice in all forms, including anything that causes a human being or society to feel superior to another."
I have full faith that we will eventually spiritually wake up to the reality that we must step out of the propaganda fueled fear fear that surrounds us and end Militarism and it's counterpart, Terrorism! Let's pray that it is sooner than later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
