Always wonderful to explore our Universe, with my beloved son, Tiger, Mato Gi, Brown Bear.
Tiger 🐅 was given to his name, Mato Gi, by my beloved father just before he traveled to the Other Side Camp.
This is my father's name, given to him by his grandfather, Tipi Sapa, Philip Deloria, younger Hunka brother of Chief Gall.
Lala Tipi Sapa gave my beloved father this name, in honor of his Tahanshi Mato Gi, who slew the White Buffalo, as Profecied.
This White, Albino Bull Buffalo sacrificed his life so that the People might remember who they are and live again in a Sacred Manner!!!!
Tiger, Mato Gi reminds me a lot like his grandfather, my father, Phil Sr.and his Lala Vine Jr.
As well, I have observed, over many years, my Tonska Kip Spotted Eagle has these same spiritual qualities, and of Lala Henry Spotted Eagle.
My Tonska has walked a similar as mine. LOL! You get from both sides, as my beloved father always told me. Despite the attacks against him that he not dark enough, did not wear braids, did not speak Dakota, etc., my Tonska and his beloved wife have always continued to Walk The Red Road, as those before them.
My Tonska Kip, is a true chief, from my 77 winter's perspective. So when times allow, the public, ceremonial acknowledgment of Tonska Kip, as a hereditary chief, of the Hinhan Wicasa and Deloria Tiospayes, White Swan Oyate.
Tipi Sapa was honored as a Hereditary Chief when he was just 17, as recounted by Methodist Minister, who was in the Inhankton Camp along the Missouri when this Ceremony.
Tokoja Lincoln End of the Horn, a direct descendent of Chief Gall, has demonstrated thes same leadership qualities, as a young man. His mother, Tonja Tomee Brown, his beloved mother, grandmother, and his extended famiy have always surronded Tokoja with great love and support.
Tokoja Lincoln was especially beloved by his Lala Oliver and Unchi Gretchen Eagleman. Tonska Oliver, as well as, Vernon Iron Cloud, another grandson of Chief Gall, were very close Tahanshi's to my father, as was his Tahanshi, Henry Spotted Eagle.
Tiger has read all his Lala Vine Jr's books. In Tiger's next English class at UBC, he has this Vision of linking his Lala Vine's thinking to other great thinkers of history, and so all could be synthesized and integrated, and see how the "Indigenous Mind" compares.
