O Children of Spirit!
Of all the sacred qualities that Wakȟáŋ Tȟáŋka, the Great Mystery, has placed within the human heart, justice is the most beloved. Do not turn away from justice if you desire to walk with Wakȟáŋ Tȟáŋka. Do not neglect it, for only a trustworthy heart can carry life's sacred responsibilities.
Through justice, you will learn to see with your own eyes and not through the eyes of others. You will come to know through your own understanding, experience, prayer, and discernment, not through the opinions and judgments of those around you.
Carry these words deeply within your heart. Ask yourself what kind of human being you are called to become and how you must walk upon Mother Earth. Justice is a sacred gift from Wakȟáŋ Tȟáŋka and a sign of the Great Mystery’s everlasting love for our Human Family.
Keep justice before your eyes. Hold it within your heart. Let it guide your words, your choices, and your footsteps upon the Sacred Path.
