Ms. Janee kassanavoid, Comanche Nation, is a tremendous athlete. In my younger years, I use to throw the discus and javelin. (I won once or twice, in small track meets but I was not that great. My event was pole vaulting)You have to spin with the discus and use your whole body to throw a javelin, but they are very light to handle.
The iron ball used here, for women, weighs 8.82 lb (4 kg). To swing this heavy metal ball takes tremendous coordination, balance, agility, strength, and, most importantly, the speed you can swing the ball.
When Janee concludes, she is just like a ballet dancer, with every bit of her strength, speed, and spins going into the ball's release.
The men's hammer throw (ball) world record is held by Yuriy Sedykh, who threw 86.74 m (284 ft 6 3⁄4 in) at the 1986 European Athletics Championships in Stuttgart West Germany.
The world record for the women's hammer is held by Anita Włodarczyk, who threw 82.98 m (272 ft 2 3⁄4 in) during the Kamila Skolimowska Memorial, August 2016.
The women's throw record is only 3.76 m/12 ft 4 in, less than men. I doubt if many men can match Janee. In total, physically, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, and volitionally, I believe, on average, are stronger than men.
This, from my perspective, happens when you have to deal with being oppressed for most of history, especially if you have a strong spiritual foundation. That is why, in the years to come, we are going to witness women, Indigenous peoples, and other oppressed peoples, with a spiritual foundation, become global leaders!
