With my father and Koda George Whirl Wind Soldier, at my sister Deloria's wedding, March 4. 1978, at the Daybreak Star. Koda George was the Lead Singer of the drum at her wedding.
Koda George is from Rosebud and served as a medic through the worst of the Vietnam War. What he saw and experienced, no human being should ever experience, but he never lost his kind, loving and compassionate heart, and spirit!
Thank you, Koda, for all the love, kindness and compassion that you always gave to everyone that you met! I look forward to seeing you at the Other Side Camp!
