Part 1 of 3-With Beloved Daughter, Deloria Many Grey Horses, Beloved Brother Angaangaq Angakkorsuaq, Indigenous Spiritual Leaders from Venezuela and Latin America, with Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez and representatives of the Government of Venezuela at the Installation Ceremony of Guaicaipuro symbolic remains at the Pantheon of Heroes, on Dec 9, 2001.

Venezuela's Pantheon of Heroes is the burial place of Simon Bolivar and other Venezuelan and Bolivarian Heroes in Caracas, Venezuela.

Guaicaipuro united all the Indigenous Tribes of that region in response to Spanish Colonization efforts. Guaicaipuro was unbeatable in open battle, as was Crazy Horse to the North. Guaicaipuro was ultimately betrayed by some of his own relatives, like Crazy Horse. Guaicaipuro and his entire family were brutally assassinated by the Spaniards.

As requested by our Indigenous Spiritual Leaders, President Chavez demonstrated his spiritual respect and honor of the Sacred Ceremonies, the Sacred Pipe, and the Hemispheric Indigenous Representatives by reserving his political perspectives until he went outside to address the thousands of his supporters, who had gathered outside the Pantheon, in honor and respect to the Installation Ceremony for Guaicaipuro.

With great respect, we were clear in our public prayers during the Installation Ceremony and in personal visits with President Chavez that ours was a Spiritual Path, not a path of adversarial, partisan politics.

The Spiritual Path, the Red Road, the Sacred Pipe was offered, with great love and respect, to President Chavez. Each of us has been given the Sacred Gift of Choice and the consequences of our actions.

The Installation Ceremony of Guaicaipuro was broadcast live through Television Stations and Channels across Venezuela.

As he did throughout his presidency, we give our heartfelt thanksgiving to President Chavez for honoring Guaicaipuro and Indigenous peoples.

The only other President in history to honor and respect Indigenous peoples, in colonial history, across the Americas was President Evo Morales.

Our Spiritual Path, the 4th Way, of 54 Winters, continues forward, slowly, but surely.
