Had a great trip to Mexico and Panama. Great Saturday with President of Coordinadora de Mujeres, Elsy M Pedrol Flores, and Soloy Cacique (Chief) Marcos Samudio who is presenting the Global Torch of Compassion.
Chief Marcos spoke about the Power of Compassion, in Ngäbe, at the Intergenerational Indigenous Women's Summit of Panama. It was held in the Community of Soloy, Ngäbe Buglé Comarca.
A very special thanksgiving to Father Joe Fitzgerald, St. Vincent de Paul Mission, Soloy. Father Joe was tireless in his dedicated support of the Summit. Father Joe also makes great coffee. I had three cups during our extended visit and dinner together at the Church on Friday evening!
