Indeed much of what is needed to eliminate the scourge of terror and violence from the face of our Mother Earth is related to empowering the Human Family to become engaged in constructive processes of change and in bringing processes of harmonious development and social and economic justice to the dispossessed and the poorest in every region of Mother Earth."
