Nation states everywhere on Mother Earth must remove all taxes and tariffs on Solar Technology and other proven alternative energy sources. In addition, Nation States must increase carbon taxes, eliminate subsidies to the Petroleum industry and use those revenues to subsidize renewable energy research and installation.
