The Council of the Union of the Condor, Hummingbird, Quetzal, and Eagle has been elected.

Thirteen members. Seven women and six men. Balanced between elder’s and young people!

A smiling group of Indigenous women and men, elders and young people, gathers beneath a thatched roof at night; an elder in the center holds a tall feathered staff.
