CC Forum-Global Investment in Sustainable Development

8th edition-London 27-30 October

I look forward to Professor Jeffrey Sachs joining us at the CC Forum in London on October 28, 2026, to share his insights and to have a visit.

For many years, I have deeply resonated with and admired Professor Sachs’s tireless dedication to global transformation, sustainable development, and moral clarity on the world stage. As our global human family navigates this historic turning point, it has become unmistakably clear that the profound challenges facing our Human Family, and thus Mother Earth, cannot be resolved by technical or economic means alone. They require a fundamental shift in consciousness—a return to a sacred, holistic understanding of life that honors the spiritual, emotional, physical, and intellectual dimensions of human progress.

Reflecting on Professor Sachs’s life work, I am constantly reminded of the powerful synergy between his visionary global leadership and perspective and the foundational principles of the Four Worlds International Institute and our 16 Guiding Principles for Building a Sustainable, Harmonious, and Prosperous World.

44 years ago, in 1982, between Christmas and New Year’s, 40 of our beloved elders, spiritual and community leaders, gathered on the high plains of southern Alberta. In that historic council, they gifted us the 16 Guiding Principles, reminding us that true development must always come from within. They taught us that human well-being and economic life must be guided “In a Sacred Manner,” rooted in Natural Law, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to the Seventh Generation yet to come.

Where Professor Sachs has brought this consciousness to the highest levels of global policy, economics, and diplomacy, our ancestral teachings walk hand in hand with his vision.

His relentless call to look beyond the narrow, purely extractive measure of Gross Domestic Product mirrors the core Four Worlds understanding of wholeness, that an economy must serve the dignity and spiritual flourishing of humanity, rather than reducing sacred life to a balance sheet. His dedicated work with the Vatican and international leaders through Ethics in Action speaks directly to the truth that no political or scientific blueprint can succeed without a shared moral foundation for the common good.

Furthermore, his outspoken defense of Indigenous sovereignty, treaty rights, and ancestral knowledge as the vital guardians of over 80% of our Mother Earth’s remaining biodiversity directly reflects the fulfillment of our ancient prophecies.

The Union of the Condor, Hummingbird, Quetzal, and Eagle reminds us that the wisdom of the heart and the knowledge of the mind must come together. In an increasingly polarized and conflicted geopolitical landscape, Professor Sachs’s courageous, steadfast voice for peace, genuine multilateral diplomacy, and mutual respect among all peoples embodies the spirit of what we call The Fourth Way: transcending assimilation, despair, and endless conflict to build a unified, cooperative world community.

This upcoming gathering at the CC Forum is not merely a meeting of minds, but a harmonious alignment of heart, ancient prophecy, and global science. I look forward to visiting with Professor Sachs, exploring our collective synergies, and deepening our shared collaboration as we work together to heal the Sacred Hoop of Life and welcome this unfolding Spiritual Springtime.
