Who is going to pay the $50 Billion to clean up the pollution that has already happened? It seems that Kinder Morgan made some money and got themselves out of a mess!
But Canada bought a pipeline built in 1953, is supposed to build the expansion for at least another $10 Billion, if not more, and the $50 Billion to clean-up! Good deal?
