Does anyone have direct, onsite verification that DAPL has stopped drilling, even though, all the evidence says otherwise!
If DAPL allowed independent investigators to verify they were respecting the Presidential orders of November 14 and December 4, 2016, and publically promised that would comply the previous Legal Orders, until declared otherwise, it would be much easier for relatives to return home!
