As my beloved father always told me," Son, in time, our physical bodies just wear out!" How true that is, but I have found in the past year you do not have to wear out too soon. This year, through Four Worlds Elder Health Program, I have reversed my age a good 10-15 years.
In the end, I am still going to the Other Side Camp, as we all are, but I don't have to leave unhealthy and unhappy. Another one-liner my father used to tell me often, in his last years, followed by a big laugh, " You know, Son, none we are going to get out of this world alive!"
