This was a great evening of learning in Assisi, Italy, at a private dinner given by Prince Philip in September 1984. Brother, Chief Leonard George was sitting at another table with Explorers, Thor Heyerdahl, and Sir Edmond Hilary.
On my left-hand side is the leading Hindu Temple Dancer from India and to my right are the Representatives of Pope John Paul II. It was quite an experience to sit and listen to Prince Philip debate about the separation of the Church of England from the Catholic Church with Pope Paul’s representatives! Especially, since this separation occurred in 1537!
This journey with brother Leonard was epic. We were about 40, at the time. A few moments later, here we are in November 2017! How did that happen, so quickly!
