Embracing Our Collective Destiny - A Sacred Covenant: Unite Humanity. Restore Mother Earth.
In the heart of an era marked by division and environmental degradation, a Sacred Covenant emerges as a light of hope and unity. This Covenant is a profound commitment to forging a future where humanity stands united, and Mother Earth is restored to her pristine glory.
With a vision deeply rooted in the interconnectedness of all life, we will transcend boundaries and bring together diverse peoples and organizations in a shared quest for peace, harmony, and environmental stewardship.
This Covenant is not merely an agreement; it is a sacred call to action, inviting us to embark on a journey of unity, to repair the breaches among us, and to assume the mantle of guardians for our beleaguered World Family.
This Covenant is not merely about what we aim to achieve but who we aspire to become—a global community that honors and sustains the sacred web of life. Through a foundation built on sixteen Indigenous guiding principles, an ethical framework, and a culture of collaboration, we embark on this journey together, pledging to protect Mother Earth and nurture a world alive with unity, love, and compassion.
This Sacred Covenant is at the foundation of the Indigenous and Ally-Led Global Peace Movement, beginning in the Americas. This Movement for global peace will be ceremonially initiated at the Lighting of the 8th Fire and Opening Ceremony of the Gathering of the Union of the Condor, Hummingbird, Quetzal, and Eagle, March 18-23, 2024, Palenque, Chiapas, Mexico.
The Lighting of the 8th Fire, the Opening Ceremony, and the initiation of the Global Peace Movement will be live-streamed from Palenque beginning at 8 AM PDT, March 18, 2024.
