O Great Spirit, Wakan Tanka, Maker of All Good Things, with humble gratitude, I lift my heart toward You. I come without defenses or masks, resting my whole being upon Mother Earth, who has always held me. From this place of humility, I offer my heart as prayer—my thoughts, my intentions, my wounds, and my thanks—knowing that all life moves within a sacred rhythm You have set in motion, and that even my smallest prayer is already held within Your great and enduring care.
From the deepest place within me, where memory, pain, learning, and hope are woven together, I ask that all those who have wounded me be released from my heart. Those who spoke against me, those who conspired against me, and those who carried harm in their thoughts, I no longer hold them in my spirit. I choose not to carry what does not belong to me. I loosen the cords of resentment and return them to You, where all things can be seen clearly and held rightly.
I forgive, not as an act of forgetting, but as an act of freeing my spirit. And as I offer forgiveness outward, I also ask forgiveness for myself—for the moments I have held pain too long, for the ways I have judged myself harshly, and for the burdens I have carried beyond their season. Let Your mercy move through me as a cleansing wind, restoring balance where imbalance has taken root.
Pour upon us all Your gentle gifts. Let joy find us even in the places where sorrow has made its home for many years. Ease the weight we carry, especially the unseen weight that bends the shoulders and clouds the mind. Grant us peace of mind and steadiness of spirit, so that our inner worlds may become places of rest rather than struggle.
Let our paths open toward wholeness, step by step, in ways that are right for our own journey. Let our days be touched by kindness, given and received, and let our nights rest in quiet safety, free from fear and unrest. May we always remember what it feels like to belong to life, to walk without hardness in our hearts.
Bless us with balance and right relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with Mother Earth. Restore harmony where separation has taken hold, and remind all of us that we are bound together within the great circle of life.
