These online circles will not be political debates. They will not be partisan discussions. There will be no space for blaming, shaming, attacking, or arguing about the negative.

The online circles will be sacred, respectful, and carefully guided spaces designed to foster feelings of safety and trust, where people can speak from the heart about their dreams, prayers, hopes, and visions for a world of peace, love, compassion, justice, and unity.

The purpose is simple and powerful: to allow people who have been separated by fear, propaganda, conflict, and misunderstanding to see one another again as human beings, as relatives, as mothers and fathers, sons and daughters, elders and youth, all longing for the same peace and a better future for the children of the world.

This proposal also draws directly upon the historic work of Rick Lukens, who was directly, centrally, and primarily involved in one of the most visionary communications breakthroughs of the Cold War era: the** 1982** U.S.–Soviet Spacebridge.

This Spacebridge was not a space mission. It was a live, two-way satellite television bridge between people in the United States and people in the former Soviet Union. At a time when fear, suspicion, political hostility, and the threat of war were shaping global consciousness, this initiative opened a human channel across the Iron Curtain.

Rather than arguing over who is wrong, we will be asking what kind of world we are praying for, what kind of future we want to build, and how we can choose peace, live peace, and help end war in the hearts of humanity.

Why Talking Circles?

The Talking Circle is an ancient Indigenous communication process rooted in respect, listening, equality, patience, and truth spoken from the heart, serving as a sacred space for healing and genuine connection, free from argument or debate.

Beginning in 1975, this Indigenous healing circle process was carried beyond Indigenous communities and shared more widely with the world by Four Worlds as a practical and spiritual method for healing, learning, consultation, and reconciliation.

Since that time, Talking Circles and Healing Circles have been used in many places throughout the world to help people get to know one another, hear one another, restore trust, resolve conflict, and build relationships across differences.

This is why the Talking Circle is especially appropriate for the Space Bridge. The challenges facing humanity will not be solved by more hostility, more accusations, or more adversarial debate.

The world now needs spaces where people can remember how to listen, how to speak truthfully without attacking, how to honor difference without creating separation, and how to recognize one another as relatives.

This first circle will help establish the positive vision we are gathering around, not by focusing on fear, conflict, blame, or division, but by naming the world we are praying for and willing to help bring into being.

Circle Two: What Do We Want for Our Children?

Participants will be invited to reflect on the kind of world they want the next generations to inherit. This circle will focus on children, grandchildren, elders, families, safety, dignity, education, cultural respect, spiritual life, clean water, healthy communities, and freedom from fear and war.

This question goes beyond politics and speaks to the heart of every person, because the love of children is one of the deepest bridges among all members of the Human Family.

Circle Three: How Can We Recognize One Another as One Human Family?

Participants will be invited to share stories, memories, cultural teachings, songs, prayers, or reflections that help reveal our shared humanity. This circle will help dissolve false images of “enemy” and replace them with relationship, respect, and human recognition.

The purpose is to help people see one another not as distant nations or political labels, but as mothers and fathers, sons and daughters, elders and youth, all carrying hopes, griefs, responsibilities, and dreams.

Circle Four: What Wisdom Do Our Cultures, Faiths, and Traditions Offer for Peace?

Participants will be invited to share the wisdom of their cultures, spiritual traditions, moral teachings, ceremonies, stories, and lived experiences. This circle will honor the truth that every person has received teachings about respect, compassion, humility, justice, hospitality, forgiveness, courage, and responsibility.

The People’s Republic of China carries a deep and ancient cultural inheritance that includes teachings of harmony, family responsibility, respect for elders, learning, balance, patience, discipline, beauty, and the cultivation of social well-being. These positive gifts can enrich the dialogue and help strengthen the shared search for peace.

This circle will help participants understand that peace is not owned by one nation, religion, culture, or ideology. Peace is a sacred responsibility placed in the heart of the whole Human Family.

Circle Five: How Do We Heal Fear, Mistrust, and the False Images of One Another?

Participants will be invited to reflect on how fear, propaganda, historical wounds, stereotypes, and misunderstanding have separated people from one another. This circle will not be used to blame or accuse.

Instead, it will ask how we can heal the images we carry of one another and begin to replace suspicion with listening, hostility with respect, and separation with human relationships. This circle will help participants speak honestly, but gently, about what must be healed so that peace can grow.

Circle Six: How Can Communication and Technology Become Instruments of Peace?

Participants will be invited to explore how online platforms, translation tools, artificial intelligence, media, music, storytelling, and live dialogue can serve understanding rather than division.

This circle will directly honor the spirit of Rick Lukens’ historic U.S.–Soviet Spacebridge and carry that work into the present moment. Just as the original Spacebridge helped open a human channel across the divisions of the Cold War, this new Peace Spacebridge can use today’s technologies to help people see, hear, and understand one another beyond borders, languages, fear, and conflict.

Participants will be invited to identify simple, practical, spiritual, relational, and community-based ways to carry peace forward.

For many Indigenous Peoples, peace is not merely the absence of war. Peace is a right relationship. Peace is respect for the sacredness of life. Peace is a balance between people, nations, cultures, generations, and Mother Earth. Peace is the restoration of kinship.

This understanding gives Indigenous circle leaders a special responsibility and a special capacity to help create safe spaces where people can speak honestly without attacking, listen deeply without judgment, and remember that we are relatives before we are opponents.

Since 1975, Indigenous Talking Circle processes have been formally shared, taught, adapted, and carried into wider human development, education, healing, justice, and community-building work by Four Worlds and others.

This trained circle leadership is one of the greatest strengths of this proposal. The Peace Spacebridge will not be an unstructured online conversation. It will be held within a proven Indigenous process refined over decades of experience.

The facilitators will know how to protect the sacred space, invite each voice, prevent domination by any one participant, stop disrespect when necessary, honor silence, and guide the circle back to its purpose whenever needed.

这个问题超越政治，直达人心，因为对儿童的爱，是所有人类大家庭成员之间最深的桥梁之一。

第三圈：我们如何认出彼此是同一个人类大家庭？

参与者将被邀请分享故事、记忆、文化教导、歌曲、祈祷或反思，帮助显明我们共同的人性。这个谈话圈将帮助化解“敌人”的虚假形象，并以关系、尊重和人性的认同来取代它们。

其目的，是帮助人们看见彼此不是遥远的国家或政治标签，而是母亲和父亲、儿子和女儿、长者和青年，所有人都承载着希望、悲伤、责任和梦想。

第四圈：我们的文化、信仰与传统为和平提供了什么智慧？

参与者将被邀请分享他们的文化、精神传统、道德教导、仪式、故事和生活经验中的智慧。这个谈话圈将尊重这样一个真理：每一个人都曾接受过关于尊重、慈悲、谦卑、公正、好客、宽恕、勇气和责任的教导。

中华人民共和国承载着深厚而古老的文化传承，其中包括和谐、家庭责任、尊重长者、学习、平衡、耐心、纪律、美，以及培养社会福祉的教导。这些积极的礼物能够丰富对话，并帮助加强共同寻求和平的道路。

这个谈话圈将帮助参与者理解：和平不属于任何一个国家、宗教、文化或意识形态。和平是安放在整个人类大家庭心中的神圣责任。

第五圈：我们如何疗愈恐惧、不信任，以及彼此之间的虚假形象？

参与者将被邀请反思恐惧、宣传、历史创伤、刻板印象和误解如何使人们彼此分离。这个谈话圈不会被用来指责或控诉。

相反，它将询问我们如何疗愈我们对彼此所携带的形象，并开始以倾听取代猜疑，以尊重取代敌意，以人与人之间的关系取代分离。这个谈话圈将帮助参与者诚实而温柔地谈论那些必须被疗愈的事物，好让和平能够成长。

第六圈：沟通与技术如何成为和平的工具？

参与者将被邀请探索线上平台、翻译工具、人工智能、媒体、音乐、讲故事和现场对话如何服务于理解，而不是服务于分裂。

这个谈话圈将直接尊崇里克·卢肯斯历史性的美苏空间桥精神，并把那项工作带入当下。正如最初的空间桥帮助在冷战的分裂之中打开一条人类沟通通道，这座新的和平空间桥也能够运用今天的技术，帮助人们跨越边界、语言、恐惧和冲突，彼此看见、听见和理解。

第七圈：我们如何选择和平、活出和平，并帮助终结战争？

参与者将被邀请确认一些简单、实际、精神性、关系性和社区基础的方法，把和平继续带向前方。

最后一个谈话圈将聚焦于承诺、下一步、持续沟通，以及建立一个活的“和平通过团结”网络。它不是为了发表政治宣言或提出对抗性的要求。

它是为了询问：每一个人、家庭、社区、组织和国家，如何能够成为和平的活的工具。

这七个谈话圈共同形成了一条自然的疗愈与团结道路。首先，我们命名我们对和平的梦想。然后，我们把儿童置于中心。接着，我们认出彼此是同一个人类大家庭。然后，我们倾听各自文化和传统的智慧。接着，我们疗愈分裂我们的恐惧和虚假形象。

然后，我们把沟通与技术作为和平的工具。最后，我们承诺选择和平、活出和平，并帮助终结人类心中的战争。

这七场线上“四界和平通过团结谈话圈”，将在慈悲游戏和“通过团结实现和平”99天仪式——选择和平。活出和平。终结战争。期间，成为一份活的奉献。

它们将向世界证明，中华人民共和国人民、原住民族、加拿大、美国以及更广阔的人类大家庭，并不是敌人。

我们是亲属。我们是人。我们都渴望一个由爱、慈悲、尊重、公正与和平来引导彼此关系的世界。

非党派与神圣协议

这些谈话圈将在清楚、非党派、充满尊重并具有精神根基的过程中进行。

不允许对任何个人、国家、文化、人民、宗教或社区有任何不尊重。

任何人都不得利用谈话圈进行政治攻击、控诉、敌意辩论、宣传或对抗性争论。

每一位参与者都将被邀请从内心说话，以尊重倾听，并分享自己对和平的希望，而不贬低任何他人。

以下原则将引导谈话圈：

一次只由一个人发言。

其他所有人都以耐心、尊重和不评判的方式倾听。

参与者直接回应引导性问题，而不是反对另一位参与者。

避免对他人的分享作负面评论。

沉默会被尊重，没有人会被迫发言。

没有人会因为选择暂时不说话而被羞辱。

每一个人都被邀请参与，但没有人被强迫。

不允许任何贬低另一个人、社区、国家、文化、宗教或自己的评论。

鼓励每一个人积极地从内心发言。

参与者可以通过个人故事、祈祷、反思、文化教导、隐喻、歌曲，或简单的希望之言来分享。

引导者的角色，是保护神圣空间，以谦卑持守过程，并确保谈话圈保持尊重、安全，并聚焦于和平。

每一场谈话圈的形式

每一场线上谈话圈将遵循一个简单的形式：

谈话圈以祈祷、片刻静默，或共同的和平意向开启。

参与者被以亲属和同一个人类大家庭成员的身份，受到尊重地欢迎。

谈话圈指南将被清楚分享。

引导性问题将被介绍。

每一个人都会被邀请简短地从内心发言。

人工智能支持的翻译，使普通话使用者和英语使用者能够彼此理解。

引导者确保过程保持尊重、非党派，并以心为中心。

谈话圈以感恩、祈祷、静默，或共同承诺选择和平、活出和平并帮助终结战争来结束。

谈话圈领导与原住民族引导

七场线上“四界和平通过团结谈话圈”，将由受过训练并获得认证的原住民族谈话圈领导者引导。他们在跨文化、跨社区、跨信仰传统、跨世代和跨国家工作方面具有深厚经验。

这些引导者不会以政治行为者、辩论者，或任何对抗性立场代表的身份进入谈话圈。他们将作为受过训练的守圈者、和平建设者、文化桥梁建设者，以及神圣过程的服务者进入谈话圈。

原住民族特别适合帮助承载这种对话。我们并非来自殖民世界其他人民的历史。我们并不携带支配、征服、改宗或控制的使命。

我们来自那些经历了殖民、流离失所、破碎条约、强迫同化、文化压制以及巨大苦难的人民。

正因如此，我们能够深深感受到他人的创伤。我们理解当家庭、语言、土地、文化和神圣生活方式受到比自身更强大的力量威胁时，意味着什么。

这就是为什么原住民族特别适合帮助引导那些因恐惧、冲突、宣传和不信任而彼此分离的人民之间的和平对话。

我们并不是聚集起来站在某一方来反对任何人。

我们不是聚集起来指责一个国家或为另一个国家辩护。我们聚集在一起，是因为我们的预言、仪式和精神训示召唤我们帮助恢复平衡、疗愈关系、保护儿童，并在所有人类大家庭成员之间带来和平。

对许多原住民族而言，和平不仅仅是没有战争。和平是正确的关系。和平是对生命神圣性的尊重。和平是人民、国家、文化、世代与地球母亲之间的平衡。和平是亲属关系的恢复。

这种理解赋予原住民族守圈者一种特别的责任，也赋予他们一种特别的能力，去帮助创造安全空间，使人们能够诚实地说话而不攻击，深入地倾听而不评判，并记起在成为对立者之前，我们首先是亲属。

自1975年以来，原住民族谈话圈过程已经由“四界”和其他人正式分享、教授、调整，并带入更广泛的人类发展、教育、疗愈、司法和社区建设工作之中。

几十年来，成千上万的谈话圈领导者、引导者、培训者和社区工作者已经被培养出来，将这一过程带向世界。

这种受过训练的守圈领导力，是本提案最大的力量之一。和平空间桥不会是一场没有结构的线上对话。它将被安放在一个经过数十年经验淬炼的、成熟的原住民族过程之中。

引导者将知道如何保护神圣空间，邀请每一个声音，防止任何一位参与者支配过程，在必要时制止不尊重，尊重沉默，并在需要时把谈话圈带回其目的。

原住民族谈话圈领导者已经准备好服务这个时刻。我们已经准备好，因为我们的人民在数代艰难困苦中承载了尊重、耐心、勇气、谦卑、慈悲和精神责任的教导。

我们已经准备好，因为我们知道疗愈始于人们能够再次把彼此看作人。我们已经准备好，因为世界需要一种不以赢得争论为基础，而以恢复关系为基础的过程。

在人类历史的此刻，原住民族能够帮助向世界提供另一种道路。不是支配之路。不是指责之路。不是党派分裂之路。而是倾听之路。疗愈之路。记忆之路。选择和平、活出和平，并帮助终结人类心中战争的道路。

参与者

参与者可以包括来自中华人民共和国、原住民族、商界人士、文化代表、长者、青年、社区领袖、精神代表、艺术家、教育工作者，以及来自加拿大和美国的其他热爱和平的人类大家庭成员。

商界人士的参与很重要，因为世界同样需要经济和专业领域的人们深入思考人类未来、儿童福祉，以及和平的实际责任。

和平不仅是一种精神理想。它必须成为教育、技术、文化、商业、治理和日常人际关系中的活原则。

沟通与参与渠道

这场对话可以由加拿大在线承办，并为可能面临沟通障碍、限制或困难的参与者提供支持。当其他平台因对抗性、宣传性政治而关闭时，仍有可使用的沟通平台。

通过谨慎准备、可信任的关系和适当的技术，这些谈话圈能够成为一座桥，去重新连接许多已经断裂的桥梁。

实物贡献
