Look upon the upheavals that, for many generations, have afflicted our Mother Earth and troubled our Human Family. The Sacred Circle of Life has been wounded by war, violence, greed, injustice, and sudden calamities. Although suffering and uncertainty now surround the world, too few have become still enough to reflect upon their deeper causes or to recognize how far humanity has departed from the Sacred Laws of Life.
O Peoples of the World! Know that every thought, word, choice, and action enters the living memory of Creation. Nothing we do is separate from the Circle, and nothing is without consequence. When we violate the dignity of one another, exploit Mother Earth, or forget our responsibility to the generations yet to come, the imbalance we create eventually returns to us.
These consequences are not the anger of a distant power. They arise from the sacred law that all life is interconnected. What we do to the water, the air, the land, the animals, and one another, we ultimately do to ourselves. Mother Earth remembers, the ancestors witness, and the generations yet unborn will inherit the results of the choices we make today.
The disturbances of our time are therefore both a warning and a call to awakening. The way forward is through truth, humility, healing, justice, prayer, consultation, and the restoration of right relationship. We must return to the Sacred Circle, honor all our relations, and live once again according to the Original Instructions given by the Creator. Only then can balance be restored and a peaceful future secured for the entire Human Family.
